I want to send a huge thanks to Tracy, the service manager, and Joseph, the salesman, for flipping a not-so-great car buying situation from a different dealership into a wonderful one, just in time for my mom's 83rd birthday. It was such a special occasion, and thanks to their advice and support, my mom ended up with a safe and new Honda Accord, which was a relief. I'm thoroughly appreciative of their commitment to making my third car purchase a transparent and seamless process. Been with them since 2006, and they continue to deliver my needs. 🥰🥳

I took my car in to have freon added because the AC was not cooling properly. During the check-in process, I was informed that the requested service was under warranty. The service personnel are always so professional and helpful. Thanks for all you do.

Had a great experience with Nick at Lucas Honda when I was shopping for a minivan. I really appreciate transparency in the process and he was great when I asked for a breakdown of fees and when I told him I only wanted to talk about out the door pricing. I had been to other dealerships and the common tactic is to talk about payment amounts and to gloss over fees which makes the process feel shady. Made a good deal and I'm very happy with my new (to me) minivan.

I was completely satisfied! My Ridgeline suddenly wouldn’t start and needed towed to Honda. It turned out to be the fuel pump and it was under a recall. The service department worked hard to get the part asap and kept me informed all along. They provided a rental car while I waited and it turned out not to be as long as we thought. I was so happy to get my truck back running great!

Scott helped me get my oil changed. He is great. I have worked with him several other times and he always makes sure my Honda is in perfect condition.

The staff is super friendly. Lobby has vending machines for snacks and drinks, making it very accommodating when waiting for an oil change. They really care about their customers and their vehicles. Would recommend to all Honda Owners to use this dealership for servicing.

First of all, I would like to apologize for not remembering his name. I had a nail on the tire, and it turned out to be an awesome visit because at the same time he helped me with the maintenance as well. I appreciate his help because you guys were booked with appointments. And I can't thank you enough for the wonderful customer service that I experience. Lucas Honda is my favorite place to be.

Went in for service on an 07 CRV for loud noise. As suspected it was wheel bearings. They even found a few issues that will need to be repaired soon. They were unable to do the complimentary shuttle home. But manager arranged for a loaner vehicle during the repair. It was a 23 CRV. It drove and rode very nice making me see why I had the 07 in first place. They went above and beyond to help me make sure I had needed transportation during my repair. Even thou they were not obligated to do a loaner the fact that they did reinforced why I bring my vehicle to them for repairs. They took care of my needs from the repairs to the transportation and stayed within my budget for the repairs. They kept me updated during the whole repair process explaining to me where the problems were. And gave me details of items that will require my attention soon and answered all my questions. I hope that the service here remains in the standard which I received on this visit as I wouldn't change anything.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Honda Lucas when I needed my car fixed and a new fuel pump replaced. From start to finish, their service was exceptional.

This is the 3rd vehicle that we have purchased from Lucas Honda. Just picked up a 2024 CRV Touring Hybrid and very happy with the purchase. Ours salesman, Joseph, was very knowledgeable with the car features and was very helpful with the buying process.

Had a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation for under $70. They washed and dried my car for free. Ask for Steve Cardoza or Tracey. They are phenomenal service advisors. This dealership is family owned and takes care of their customers.
