I am more than happy with the Herzer's service. When I called around for quotes, one company quoted me for $325 just clearing the laundry room. Another company didn't even give me a quote stating that they have to look at it first. To me unclogging the drainage is not rocket science, simply putting the snake and clearing the blocked pipe. Two guys came and worked in the laundry room first, then went on to the roof and cleared the laundry room vent pipe. Then worked on the kitchen vent pipe for extra service for free. I will use Herzer plumbing company for the rest of my life. Thank you so much for coming out so quickly and fixing it for economically.

We had a plumbing issue last week, weren't sure if it was a "slab leak" or from the wall. After talking with Laura on the phone, she eased my mind with the thought of it just being in the wall, not the slab. Bryan came out on time and was able to fix the issue, in the wall, advise us what to do next and was very knowledgeable and the price was beyond reasonable to repair and replace the pipe issue. Thank you thank you thank you!! I've got you on speed dial for the next time we have a plumbing issue.

We had problems with both showers at the same time. One wouldn’t get hot water even though the sink next to it did. The other had very old valves and the replacement handle we installed didn’t fit properly. It sometimes would not turn the water off.

Another plumber came by and took pictures, said that the office would have to quote it. After a couple follow up calls, they quoted $1300 to fix both showers and they couldn’t get us on their schedule until the following week.

We decided to look at reviews and called Herzer’s Plumbing for a second opinion. We are SOOOOglad that we did. Their plumber came to our house, looked at our showers, gave us a rough estimate of a couple hours plus parts. All told, we got super professional service from an experienced plumber who did both showers in well under 2 hours and we saved hundreds of dollars. We were so impressed by their honesty and work that we know who we will be using for all our plumbing needs going forward! We highly recommend Herzer’s Plumbing!

Herzers is an excellent, small town shop with decades of experience! They can do everything from small repairs to huge new construction. Their work is top notch! They leave the job sites clean. Their prices are unbeatable and they have an amazing staff!! Especially “Don” their foreman. He has over 40 years of experience and has a spotless reputation in the industry. Definitely a 10 out of 10!! Highly recommended!!

Great communications...service ....etc. From my calls to their office right down to the plumber that came - good (and honest-I didn't need what I thought I did) experience. Will definitely use Herzers again if/when needed!

Glenn and Bryan did a great job on an upstairs hot water heater install. They were very careful of moving the heavy equipment around and being thoughtful of leaving the work space in great shape. Good peace of mind to know it has been done the right way. Thank you!

I've been in my home now for 20 years. Herzer's name I was given to me as a recommendation from friends that had used them for years . They have serviced my home ever since I've been here. They have never failed to take care of may needs. They come as quickly as they can. They don't make me wait and they are always on time.
Several years ago I had a major plumbing problem and had to have everything redone, of course I called other companies to get an estimates. I will tell you that Herzer's were more than half of what other companies were trying to charge me. Of course I went with them not only because of the money but because of the service they had always given, but because of quality of service I had always gotten and the quality of care that they have given my home.
It's family owned and you can tell the the pride and commitment that they have in the company shines with everything they do.
If you use Herzer's you will never be disappointed.

I am very pleased with the service That I received, it was a little slow at the start of the project. They had to replace my water line from the meter, because my original builder us cheap irrigation line not the good stuff. Enjoyed working with Crystal & Brian, I haven't received a Bill yet from them for the work.

The rep in office was super honest with letting me know what to expect. The plumber was efficient and completed the toilet repair. Prices are very reasonable. Happy customer and will recommend and call for future needs.

Unbelievable... had a shower issue, they came the same day and fixed it. No issues, no baloney, just showed up when they said and went to work. Got the shower fixed in under an hour and went on their way. Glenn was very polite and seemed absolutely honest. I was impressed with the whole operation from the first phone call for help, to the repair, to the price, to the ease of payment.

Herzer's was recommended to me and Brian has proven why Herzer's is the "go to in OP". At first we were unsure if the toilets needed to be replaced due to clogging issues and Brain came out, did a thorough assessment, and tweaked a few things "under the hood" before saying give it a try for a bit and if it continues we'll come back. NO CHARGE! I was thinking I would have to pay the minimum "service call" fee. Nope! And whatever he did worked! In the end we wanted the comfort height toilets so eventually we had him replace two toilets for us; bathroom faucets; and cleared a nasty disposal clog that was present when we moved in.
Calling into the office and email correspondence- great! Always a friendly voice and someone who can explain things prior and or answer questions about services, products, etc.

Very quick to respond and great service. Spoke with Debra this morning and she owned it from setting up, and communicating the completion of the work. The speed of their service got us up and open on time when we thought we may lose half a days business. Would highly recommend them in a pinch!

Very happy with service and competitive rate. Glen gave me confirm call day before then was on time next day. Really cool guy and knows his stuff. Took toilet out, got rid of roots and put everything back together perfectly. In and out in an hour. Would definitely use again.

Called them this morning due to a leaking water heater. They had done a smaller job for us in March and did great work. I bought the heater at a local Lowe's, which wanted over $500 for a same-day install. Bryan from Herzer's arrived this afternoon and got the job done in under two hours for $240, including carting the old heater away. Great job, fast, high quality work. Melanie in their office is also great, very responsive with a quote and an estimate of the time for the work. I highly recommend Herzer's and would call them again for any plumbing work.

I have used Herzer's for many many years. Brian and Glen are outstanding. They always get it right and don't cut any corners. I can't say enough about their services. If you're looking for a plumber in the Orange Park area these are the people to call.

We had a leak in the pipe coming from the meter to our home. Glenn was able to come earlier than the appointment window, quickly started and finished the repair and the repair was at a great price. First company I would call hands down.

They were prompt. Did nice work. Prices were reasonable. My first experience with them. Will definitely call them next time I need a plumber.
