Publix Super Market at Hollywood Mall

Very clean and well organized store. Also prices are good. I used to come here looking for offers, but I recently realized that some prices here are lower than the "once cheaper competitors " even before the special offers. Some products I used to buy regularly are gone like the coconut/ almond milk, publix brand chocolate spread, greenwise whole milk (gallon), but I still find a nice variety of products.

Exceptional experience. They know how to go the extra mile for you. Today was first time coming to this Publix I am thankful to have come. I was there to find coconut water and Val made it fun and very amicable to go in the search for it, she was attentive and kind, she went to help me even walked to help me find them. Thanks, you barely get that customer service now a days. The store was impeccable and the rest of the people great in their treat towards me.
Val if you read this Thank you you were amazing lol after all I decided to go with the coconut water I said to you I did not want, The pulp made me do it there was no other one with pulp.

I am going to start by saying that I used to be an operations and merchandiser supervisor for a very reputable company for many years .
Walking into your store this morning was such a pleasure!. Store looks amazing and clean, when I got to the POS I realized I did not have my debit card with me, cashier was super sweet to suspended the transaction so when I came back to the store with my credit card I did not have to wait on line.
It was early in the morning, one day before Thanksgiving, it was starting to be a little hectic, I saw a very nice guy apparently a manager, I was so impressed with his charisma and energy, he was guiding the employees in a very nice and polite way, I saw him going towards a register and HELP! with the bagging process, there was a line of clients ready to pay he did not hesitate to get behind the POS and help ringing, meanwhile he was looking around, while helping with the line and greeting the customers around.
I was extremely impressed, on my way out I stopped to asked his name with a pleasant smile he replied
Mateo.
MATEO got what it takes to successfully run a store.
He can step the ladder high in the company.

My go to Publix. Warm family atmosphere. Old time Publix customer service. If you don’t see something you want, manager will order it for you. Highly recommend. 👍

The best part of this is order online whatever sandwich you like and just pick it up on the go, after living in Europe ,this is where I found proper authentic sandwiches

I love coming here. The attendees are nice and helpful. The only thing is the dogs people bring in and put in the shopping charts. Other than that, I'm ok with this location.
