Have had a great experience with this store since the first time I came in. They were very helpful and have always been prompt, informative & helpful with any issues I have. Especially Tiffany & Renee are always extremely friendly and provide great quality service.

Worst pharmacy ever, I tried calling and had to call several times, they would pick up and I can hear them talking in the background and they just place the call back on hold without saying anything. Finally after calling about 7 times someone answered and placed me on hold for 10 minutes before actually speaking to me.

The worst pharmacy ever. My doctor sent prescription 10 in the morning, I called at 1 pm and a man told me it wil be ready in one hour. At 5:30 pm I called again and it wasn't ready, lady told me pharmacy computer change my order for tomorrow but if I want she will make it in 30 minutes. I don't know what's going on in this pharmacy their is really something wrong!

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs! They are always complaining, distracted, inattentive, lazy, and just unprofessional. Publix pharmacies are usually nice but this one just has no class or training it seems. They constantly put you on hold and then transfer you to random departments within the store. They need new staff ASAP

Dr. prescribed medication for second degree burn yesterday afternoon. From past experience (with sepsis med), pharmacy doesn’t answer phone (although I tried calling-yet again). I was on hold for the usual 50 minutes and gave up.

Husband went last night to pick burn cream up...”won’t be here for 45 minutes” (closing time). I went at 9:30 this morning, at which time I was told “it won’t be in til after 3 p.m. tomorrow.” TOMORROW? It was coming around closing time. No phone calls; no alerts.

Two wild goose chases, then a third. (They “had the med”, then they didn’t.). They had a smaller prescription (which could gave EASILY been converted-and was-when I held up by broiled hand and told them they had to make good on their promise of yesterday’s delivery).

Recommdations for a pharmacy? Really shocked...I LOVE Publix.

This Publix pharmacy is horrible. The service has gotten worse more recently. I have been told 3 times that my daughter's medication was ordered, only to find out it wasn't there 3 days in a row. People cannot just go without their meds. I also called for this refill a week ago and I still do not have it, giving the pharmacy plenty of lead time. I also noticed that they filled the wrong milligrams on one of my prescriptions from last month. My doctor changed my dosage and when I refilled last time, they gave me the old dosage. They should be able to see the new prescription and delete the old one. I have had the new one filled before. Lastly, I asked for my scrips to be put on auto refill and when I called to see if my mediations were ready, they were not because nobody ever followed through with that. Clearly, poor management and I am disappointed in Publix. #1 people cannot go without their meds! #2 filling the wrong dosage is not safe! Thankfully, my life does not depend on my mediations. Get it together! This didn't happen under previous management. PS the manager was supposed to call me yesterday and never did.

My doctor called in a prescription at 9AM came to pick it up at 2PM still wasn't ready, I was told to wait 30 minutes, told them forget it. I don't understand how can't they fill a prescription in 5 hours.

What's the point of having a voicemail if you're not going to check it?! Doctor called at 8a.m. and left a voicemail mail with my prescription, walked in at 10:30a.m. and it wasn't ready because they didn't check their voicemails....

24 hours to fill a prescription? Really is not good enough. This is not the first time that this has happened either. As with other people total lack of empathy and they generally don't seem to care.

What's the point of a doc calling in a script if it won't be filled for an entire week?
