I felt it necessary to write a review of this location. I’ve used this location for 17 years. I mail packages domestic and international and I have a PO Box here for the last 11 years. In these 17 years. I’ve not had ANY issues with anything. Working in customer service for the last 40 years, I’ve come to realize that while there are a multitude of kind and appreciative customers, there is at the same time the opposite side of that coin. Every person sees the world from there own perspective naturally... but its those who take time to see it from the other persons perspective is when we realize that perhaps there isn’t a need to insult someone for doing there job.
The folks here are always friendly and efficient.
Of course it’s possible for mistakes to happen. We’re all human. But thankfully and appreciatively, it’s never been my experience with the kind and friendly people in lady lake.

I was afraid to go to this location due to all the negative reviews, however, this post office is the closest to me so I took a chance. What a pleasant surprise! The staff were pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful! I have been there twice to mail packages to Canada and have been first in line both times (arriving between 11:00 am and noon). Please don’t believe all the negative reviews - you owe it to yourself to check this post office out for really good service and loads of parking!

My dad says he's been treated very well at this post office and even thinks this is one of the best ones because of delivery times.

As a small online business who ships 25-50 packages a day, I can't say enough great things about this Post Office! I have used Post Offices across the country (we've moved several times) and I have never experienced such an awesome, friendly, hard working, and efficient group of employees. I greatly appreciate their help, and always notice how quickly the line moves.

Always busy there but staff know what they are doing so it moves fast. Plus they have to deal with a lot of nasty seniors on this are due to large retirement area. I go a lot and they are always nice and keep lines moving!

We were greeted and waited on by Jose L. He was so friendly and helpful. What a great experience. When we leave in May he will be my go to person!

Not sure why others gave poor reviews. I was delighted by knowledge, efficiency and courtesy. In the past in my home state the facilities were, for the most part, not nearly as good.

Awesome service professionals who have their nerves tried from very privileged people on the DAILY. Great way to go for shipping, money orders, etc.

I have found the service here terrific and the staff very cordial even on the busiest days.

I would suggest that the patrons could at times be as cordial and understanding as the staff. And maybe smile a little

Always friendly, fast service. Holidays, you can expect longer wait times, but they really are excellent!
