But in regards to him nothing bad he was really cool I honestly think its just as new girlfriend Kathleen. Who is now the landlord for Dewey Street rental properties in Eustis Lady Lake Wildwood etcetera. Who post on Craigslist 2 bedroom 1 bath with a picture from 20 years ago apartments do not look like that. There not up to code nor do they fix things and apartments and complain about everything. Really I believe it's a scam for all these people try to bind into a contract for some people they want to kick out unlawfully for some people they don't want you to leave it's all about the money scam artist Thiefs Liars also don't let me forget there racist. Supposedly they own four businesses but in order to incorporate a business that businesses a self running business you cannot mix business with personal pleasures which they are doing, by mixing each business together and showing losses on taxes which is ivading the IRS. But that's alright I will be a notifying them. The to all the upcoming tenets of Dewey Street rental properties. I suggest you might want to find a different place to rent. The landlord Kathleen is a very disrespectful woman. They don't like to fix things in the unit nor are there units up to code a have several rental properties throughout the lake tri-county area. This is one of the most direspectful inhumane landlords i have ever dealt with. Kicked my pregnant girlfriend (9 months), my 6 year old daughter and i out of a 2 bedroom home after not even being there a month. Upon meeting her she seemed cluttered and unorganized as she didn’t even have a key to her own apartment. She also smelled of cheap beer. As a result she broke into her own apartment where we proceeded to see how disgusting the inside was . Food in the cabinets dirt on the floors . She tried to show us very briefly with the lights off so we could not see. She was rude the entire month . Infringed on my 1st amendment rights, tried entering my home without consent or an appointment with the entire interaction on recording. She’s just a downright awful woman. I have so much proof of how evil she is and i pray and warn anyone who comes into contact with her i will be sharing this to as many people possible so they stay as far away from “Dewey street properties” as possible . There is a reason they are only voted 2 stars. She should be ashamed

Do not rent from this place, unprofessional, rude, properties are disgusting. Please do not rent from here they are rip offs
