Latitude Pointe Apartments

My experience was absolutely amazing! The leasing representative Taya and Tamara, was extremely friendly and helpful. I had been struggling to find an affordable apartment and looking from home in Delaware. Not being able to tour physically was a big worry of mine. Fortunately, the virtual tours and photos are exactly what I saw on my first day. After driving the 18 hours I was very impressed with everything at Latitude Pointe Apartments. From the warm welcome, beautiful scenery and great amenities. A huge thank you and glad to be a part of the wonderful community.

My partner and I are coming up on 3 years of living in this community and we love it! The maintenance is amazing! Whenever we have an issue in our unit (which has been very few) they have taken care of it promptly. They are also so kind and say hello every time we walk our fur baby in the beautiful environment this community provides. The office staff (shoutout T&T) are very kind and answer any questions we have. Thank you for being the best community we have lived in!

We are going on our second year here and have to say that it's been great. The office has listened to my concerns that I've been very passionate about. And the maintenance staff is amazing. ALWAYS friendly and warm. Responds to any need that we have. The fact that they have to spend so much time cleaning up the dumpster area makes me sad for them because of lazy tenants. This a very friendly apartment complex. The staff at clubhouse is nice and helpful when there was a bathroom needing cleaning at pool. Mark the pickleball instructor is super and also friendly.
The place is always clean and well kept. Love coming here!

We recently moved into Latitude Point!! Stacy the property manager is beyond fantastic. She made our experience the best of the best. I would recommend this community to anyone because of how great the office and Stacy is. Go Latitude Pointe

My kids & I are happy with our new home new stainless steel appliances, beautiful flooring, & a spacious patio!! They keep the property clean & it’s very quiet, would recommend to friends & family! Taya at the front is so nice, she went above & beyond to help me from the application process to moving in! We can’t wait till summer to hang out by the pool🩵

Wonderful gated community in Boynton Beach with great amenities. Pool/lounge area, basketball, pickleball, playground and more. Very conveniently located to beach/shopping/markets. You will enjoy!

Well maintained community with resort style amenities including a small enclosed soccer field, pickleball courts, a playground and large pool with lots of seating.

Been staying here for a little over a year and renewed leased for another year. Stacy was super helpful when adding a garage and taya helped getting an add on to our lease... Super friendly staff!

house is supposedly where love, hope, and dreams begin, but for that to be true, a person must be satisfied and joyful in their house. I simply want to take a second to properly commend Latitude Pointe and its personnel. The maintenance team is fantastic, and I sincerely appreciate how quickly they complete my requests.
