She has taken very good care of my children and grandchildren for many years always making sure she covers ever detail of their healthcare needs and is very supportive in and out of the office. Everyone in the office is awesome with the care of our kids health. Very Trustworthy.

Best staff, incredible medical team

The staff is nice. When it comes to answering the phone ..not so well. It’s hard to get anyone in the office on the phone to make appointments or to cancel an appointment. They have this call center that’s no help at all. The call centers job is to supposedly “leave a message from you for the office” and the office staff never gets back to you. A total waste of time. Not only that appointments take up to atleast two hours. I can be the first patient after lunch and I’m leaving 2hrs later which is unacceptable. I’ve been trying to reschedule my son’s appointment for three weeks now and I couldn’t. Office needs to do a better job.

I like the head doctor here very sweet and nice. But the front desk staff is not so nice. Most of the times they get very rude and annoyed easily. I don't like calling for appointments because 9/10 they pick the phone up like they hate the job they are doing. People like to be greeted and feel comfortable asking questions. Usually they rush u off the phone or get upset with you for no reason. My son is my everything and I'm the type of mom that likes to know things. The front desk staff really needs to work on the way they speak to people and greet the parents
