Our wife and I were totally impressed with Frederick’s knowledge and listening skills to what our needs were. We planned on getting a few quotes from other mattress stores but because of Fred’s honesty and great friendly personality we did not need to look any further. It was refreshing to purchase something from a company who employs qualified and competent sales associates. I’ve been in sales my whole life and building a rapport with the customer, by listening at the same time creates the perfect buying conditions. Our shopping experience at the Mattress Firm store on Rt. 44 was enjoyable. We were given time to freely check out the various models and levels of comfort. Esther was available to answer our questions and provide guidance and clarification. Happily, we found what we wanted, and Esther made the purchasing process smooth and easy.

When I walked to the doors, there was a couple searching for a new bed, as well as a younger woman by herself also searching for a mattress. Frederick was absolutely fabulous. He was professional, relaxed, and obviously knows everything about mattresses. What impressed me most, was the fact he listened to what I wanted, and knew exactly where to take me for choices.

Fred and the other salesmen in the store were very informative and personable with no pressure and we were pleased with the service and attention we receiver.

Experience was nice. Ester is very knowledgeable about the products and was helpful in selecting a mattress for me. However, I feel that charging an additional $50 on top of the $2000 purchase price just to have the mattress taken to my bedroom vs dropping it at the front door is ridiculous.
