Excellent Customer Service, there was a range of prices for the gaming headsets. My grandson bought one also a game.

The manager and employees gave me nothing but exceptional service and had great attitudes the entire time. I did something extremely stupid and they went above and beyond what they had to do and basically made my mistake disappear. I can say without a doubt that this mistake would not have been fixable at a regular store like Walmart or Target and I would have just been stuck with my mistake.

I would also like to add in that most of the 1 star reviews are self inflicted or written by non gamers and judgemental people. In the same sense that my mistake was my fault, maybe some of those reviewers should look inwards as well. 1 review mad about what a guy who works at a game store is wearing and another review about them not having a game available on day 1 that they didn't pre-order at an hour before closing. Here's a bit of clarity on that review... They always have extra copies aside from preorders, however there is a good chance that if the game was as popular as the review states that it probably sold out well before an hour before they closed, and NO they are not going to sell you a pre-ordered copy. 100% not GameStop's fault.

I really had a great experience here. I only came in to look around and ask a couple of questions. The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went above board to help me, even made me a few copies of information that really helped me. The selection was awesome and the store was clean.

Update: I came back to this location after a year on vacation and was again very impressed by the Associate Rob (now I know his name!) This guy is awesome! He hadn't recognized me but was just as pleasant and helpful as last time I was there. He truly just wanted to make sure that I found what I was looking for and if I was up to date on the games that I was interested in playing. The store was clean as usual and well stocked. Another great visit here and I know I'll be back! Thanks Rob!

Small corner outlet, super chill staff seem to know what is going on, even more than the phased out employees of a normal sized store. I've never had a question that was not answered there super quick. Oddly wide variety of stock for such a small store.

Eli was very helpful and patient. Excellent customer service. Would recommend asking him for help anytime.

The guys helped us with some questions and information that we didn't even need help with. The layout of the store is nice because people have to walk by the counter giving them some comfortability with the fact that we know there will always be somebody to help. Don't remember the guys name, but he talked to us about different preorders. His main question to everybody was "Excited about any new games?" which made us want to talk to him, he needs a raise.

I bought an Xbox one steering wheel here today and sadly it was defective from the factory but Frank was able to quickly return my wheel and do so without having me jump through hoops. I will be returning here simply due to the customer service. Great job guys

In all the years that I have shopped at this franchise. It has never been dissatisfied. It may have its moments. But all in all I have never received any form of bad service. I have always left completely satisfied
