I need to do some account maintenance with my very large Verizon account. Autumn helped me through each step adjusting my bill adjusting my plans. Fantastic customer service. I'm glad to see it is still alive. In a few locations. Thank you autumn have a great weekend. Thank you Verizon.

I have been speaking with Autumn about possibly switching from an iPhone to the new Samsung Ultra and she was definitely the girl for the job. She explained the differences and what I’d be gaining as well as loosing by switching. She upgraded my phone, set everything up and made sure I was signed into all my important apps that I use daily. I was able to get all my contacts and pictures transferred over with ease. I’m glad I had such a knowledgeable associate assist me in my upgrade. Thank you Autumn for all your help, it was a pleasure working with her!

I came to the store because all numbers on my phones didn’t transfer correctly and Grace helped me finish it all. It’s been three days and I was waiting but it didn’t. Grace was very patient and did an excellent job helping. I cannot recommend this store enough. I gave her 1000% rating! Thank you

Great experience with Grace Smith at this store. I came in to just ask for Travel and she helped me immensely! She is very friendly, professional and kind. She was also able to helped me with an iPad deal and made sure my devices are covered while I am traveling! She is very patient and spent a lot of time listening to my needs. Colin N was professional, patient, supportive and technically savvy. He Helped move our numbers from Xfinity with ease and got us new devices with a great deal. I would highly recommend this store and especially Colin N to my friends and family! We love our new phones!

I spoke with Kristan Collins today in the Cellular Sales Verizon Store in Kingsland. She was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. She even noticed some things on our account that could help us save some money, which is always a plus! (Especially if you aren't even using that option!) I came in to the store because my phone was locked and I had trouble resetting it. Grace Smith greeted me at the door with a pleasant smile. She then started to fix my issue and was able to fix it in no time! she helped me set up a new passcode and reset my password as well. She is very helpful and I’m so grateful she was the one that helped me.

I worked with Autumn this morning because I was dealing with SOS issues on my Samsung and she helped me upgrade my device! I got a beautiful new s24+ with a nice case. She was so helpful and made the process very simple even though I did not intend to get a new phone I’m glad I did. Thank you for your help Autumn.

I came into the store for help with my phone getting hot. Kristan helped to troubleshoot and we ended up with a warranty for my phone. Kristan was so helpful and pleasant. Her knowledge helped me get this taken care of and I appreciate her. She was a pleasure.

Hugo was the guy that immediately spoke to us as we entered the building. He is a very well spoken and dressed to match. He is a wonderful salesman and so friendly and welcoming. Actually offered us drinks. So very different from every other Verizon I have been to. Where you sign in and then you are behind 5-7 people. No place to even sit while you wait sometimes hours. This Kingsland location rocks. I give them a 14 out of 1-10. !!!

I came in to get more data. Joseph helped me not only get more data. He walked me through how the promotions work. He walked me through what my first month bill would be as well so i knew what to expect. and I ended up walking out with 2 new s24s! If you come in the store, definitely Joseph T!

I was politely greeted by Kristin Collins. She asked how she could help and after describing my issues she immediately addressed all my concerns. The first thing that Impressed me was she took care of my issues with no pressure to up sell or try to get me into devices I did not need or want. Her sales approach was on point. She showed me the devices I wanted and went over all the different price points based on memory packages against price. She also looked at my account and recognized how long I had been a customer which was a nice touch. When all the order items were taken care of she broke down upfront fees and what to expect so everything was upfront and understood. It was just an overall great experience and I look forward to working with her in the future on all my Verizon purchases as you should too.

I needed help connecting my watch and had been no luck in the past. Lance Liverman readily took on the challenge and got my watch working. Well spoken and a hilarious gentleman. Great Service
