Burger King

No complaints here. My order of vanilla soft serve came out fast and exactly as ordered. Weather was good so we used their outdoor seating. Conveniently located by I-95 ramp and gas stations.

I just went through at 10:15pm. There are only two employees working. I felt so bad. However, they did an AMAZING job!!! I havent had Burger King taste this good in YEARS. Hats off to them!! They deserve recognition! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Took forever to get food. Water dripping all over due to fact ac isn't working! Took 30 minutes to get 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 sm fries. REDIDICULOUS!!!

The corporate controlled website did this store dirty. Corporate canceled the Ghost Nuggets but didn't update their website. So, we ordered a meal with ghost nuggets when we got our meal home we found out the Ghost nuggets we ordered were missing and when I came in to get the replacement offered on the phone, the manager offered another set of nuggets instead. I've been behind the counter in similar places and that's on the money for what they can do as far as I've seen anywhere, and it's always unfairly stressful on the staff, especially when they genuinely can't control the situation beyond that and they've got a stressful day of rushes for their special "whopper's birthday" offer. They were definitely working hard even as the punches came. The only constructive criticism I'd give is to see if they can have their cashiers check on people standing around a little better. I didn't want to bark at them while I waited at the pickup counter during my take out and replacement take out, so it did honestly take a long time to get either order. I eventually got in the order placement line just to solve it. That said, I've been a fast food cashier and they'll probably sort that out in no time. They take care of the struggles forced on them by corporate and I have little doubt they'll get their cashiers adapted. If this is my only experience with them and this staff, I still recommend it.

We went to store#8907 in Kingsland ga. Orders were backed up and the young man taking orders carried himself very professionally. Most young men his age would have gotten upset with the situation. He was very polite and professional. His name was Keon Kennedy. Great job young man!

You Have Recieved 5 Stars ONLY Because of the Manager You Have In Position Named Anthony. He is Exactly What I Expect Plus More in Customer Service. The Man Shines So Bright in His Service I DID Not Notice Not Even One Crew Member. Let this Speak Loudly . If Burger King Crew Were as Committed as Anthony , This Location Would Be at the Top. Keep Up the Good Works Anthony !!!

Great food. The two chicken sandwiches I had were definitely filling and delicious. My husband had the whopper jr. Meal with the apps. He said they were tasty. We will return. Great service was provided by the workers.

Great tasting burgers done our way (they actually gave extra pickles) and the kids did the drop a coin to win a prize game. And won free fries.
Had a nice area in the sun to sit outside to enjoy the weather with the greatest company a guy can ask for.
Some interesting birds stayed around hoping for some treats from us but the food was so good, no one shared.
Was a way to end our time in FL as we went closer to Georgia.

This location and restaurant is well maintained. The staff was nice, smiling, and kind. All food was hot and freshly made.

Best BK I've ever been to. It's a little tricky to get there because the exit is rather odd. But they have their game together. Fast, nice; the restaurant is clean. They have a diverse staff that know customer service. Remember Customer Service? It's that thing that hardly exists anymore. I ask for extra blah blah blah, and response is, "Yes sir I'll get you that." I nearly passed out.

Great place to go off the highway fresh food and hot the staff are happy and store clean so as re the bathrooms

I always use the drive thru & it is surprising how quick the line moves even when busy. Servers always make sure we have our ranch(my autistic son loves BK ranch) & any other condiments we might need.

William and Isaac were awesome! Hot fries and happy customers.

Burger King was good and the service was a lot better. I suspect there may be a new shift manager. We discovered honey mustard is good on your onion rings too.

Best fast food customer service in the area.Most recently we had Rosevelt help us and it was too nice of an experience not to leave a review.10/10
