All hot topics are great!! This Daytona location has amazing, friendly, helpful staff!! They offer help even if u don't ask!! Mini backpacks, earrings are soooooo cute!! Love this place!! Ooh the coupons are devious! Hahaha!

One of my favorite places too shop, love getting band tees.

Order online to be picked up at the store. The order arrived with my name on the outside but someone else’s order once opened. Kai helped me so much and reordered the items and gave me a discount coupon. I have had several interactions with her since then and they were always positive. I look forward to shopping at Hot Topic when she’s there. She provides excellent customer service. She should give classes on how to treat customers. Great employee … I hope they realize they have a gem.

My wife and I enjoy this store, and we always find nice merchandise, I just recommended them to keep merchandise from the House of dragons, and Game of thrones. That will be awesome.

Went here looking for an old concert shirt for a band my wife loves. After not being able to find it. The clerk at the store asked what we where looking for. She went thru the whole store back and front. But she came back to us with exactly what we where looking for. Amazing service.

I must start out by saying I don't like this store. However, the staff here is awesome! They will take the time to really help you find what you want and make the hot topic experience smoother.

The reason I don't like the store is because of how jam packed it is with merchandise. It's hard to maneuver in here as a single person, so if you have a stroller then it's best to either avoid it or go during slow hours.

The lady in there was very nice greeted us right away. Looking pretty empty in there but maybe they're going to be getting some more stuff later on. As of right now they have a buy one get one 50% off sale. And if you have any Hot topic cash you can use that right now too.

Forgot to leave a review ! But I just got my voicemail from a John about my hot cash , so this reminded me. John was excellent , helped me out by calling the other store for me and even waited on the line with them to tell them never mind for me that I would be making the purchase at the mall in daytona . He was very friendly , wonderful customer service skills. I truly appreciate his time helping me with my Wednesday Addams costume last week. Excellent employee!!!!!!!! Thank you again john.

The staff are always helpful here and will do their best to help you find what you're looking for in the store. Store is kinda cramped, but so is every other Hot Topic store I've ever been in so thats nothing unusual. Wide selection of items and they frequently have sales and discounts on items.

I am not sure if this should get 4 or 5 stars. On one hand, Hot Topic remains one of the coolest stores in the U.S. You can find the perfect gift for anybody there. But, as anyone who has ever been there knows, it isn't the most affordable place to shop. That being said, you can find some reasonable deals if you follow the sales. Hot topic has been my favorite store for decades. Price is the only reason I hesitated to rate it 5 stars. It's also all 3 of my kids fave too, and they range in age from 8-16 yrs.

The two people who were working on August 24th evening around 7pm were such beautiful and wonderful rays of sunshine! They could turn any frown upside down. Great!

All the staff are really helpful and knowledgeable. We have some killer sales going on now in store and online, most fashion wear in the store including swim is buy 1, get 1 for $1 for a limited time. We also have a huge selection of POP! So come on in and see us!

The gentleman working was very kind & very helpful. He was very informative on telling us about the different deals that related to what we were purchasing and the store was clean and well stocked. We are regular customers and will continue to be!

I love hot topic they have the neatest stuff it's always been one of my favorite stores I'm a huge fan of nightmare before Christmas and they have so many things with Jack and Sally they have all kinds of pop figures really really cool shirts it's just really interesting in there

We were able to buy Christmas presents for numerous people because the staff were able to assist us finding a few items. They were great! Found really great, unique gifts.

Just in there the other day. Super cool sales dude helped us with finding some Buffy stuff my girlfriend is obsessed with and it hard to find. Long story longer we left with a rock candy willow and every pin that was from Buffy and quite a few odd looks as we checked every pin In the three boxes of pins for them. You even saw us later in the mall on your break and asked if we found them. Thank you this made her day.

Everything about the store is amazing shirts pants accessories though they’ve become less emo/goth/scene over the years as a
Emo/scene kid I still give my stamp of approval they still have amazing band shirts god tier pants brutal belts and accessories couldn’t suggest more if I could give 50 stars I would

Alex was very nice and helpful. We were able to use our T Mobile Tuesday for 50% off and couldn't be happier with our Jimi Hendrix Jim Morrison and Rob Zombie T shirts!

The staff here is so helpful and fun to talk to. They really make you feel comfortable when you are in the store. Fantastic selection! Fantastic music variety. This place is tha bomb.
