Very friendly staff and they really care about your fur babies. That was my second time going there and my experience was just as good as the first time. They took really good care of my little Ozzie kitten. He’ll be back in 3 weeks for a booster shot.

I love all the staff. My Blü loves them too! They are so professional and friendly and took very good care of my 6 month old Blue Merle Great Dane! Thank you ladies for taking such good care of my baby boy

The staff here is so exceptional. Tonia is the best and always does her best to take care of you (and your pets!). So grateful for everyone who helps us with our fur baby.

Our 19 year old cat was failing. She had been diagnosed with stage 4 kidney disease the year before. Planned Pethood Cares showed compassion and professionalism as they helped her cross rainbow bridge. They waived the vet fee and only charged me for euthalization and cremation. About $240 less than her regular Vet. So happy to find them! The techs thanked me for taking care of her for 19 years. To my surprise a couple of weeks later I received a sympathy card from them! Top notch!

I have a 65 lb, 9 month old FUN puppy. They were fantastic with her! But even more, they were kind, helpful, and happy ladies! She did great, actually LOVED the cone, had no issues, healed quickly, and never really experienced any pain or stress at all. I was very nervous bc I didn’t realize it was a full hysterectomy… thankfully it all went great! AND it was affordable (totally worth the hour drive!!) thank you to the entire crew!

We spent over $3,000 trying to see why our beautiful dog wasn't eating. We were shuffled around to other veterinarians to do special tests. We finally came to this location and they saved our dogs lives! Our dog had contracted parvo and given it to our other dogs! If it wasn't for them we could have lost all of our pets! They went above and beyond for our pets! We could not be happier with their services and affordability! Thank you so much! Finally, a compassionate facility that puts their patients first!

Came in for a wellness checkup, my Luna needs a tumor removed on the 9th at this vet office. They are amazing & efficient. Very happy at our new Dr office for my baby girl, thank you 💜

They are quick to check you in and take your pet back for shots. The prices are very reasonable. All the people that I interacted with were super nice

Omg best vet ever. Such nice and caring staff. Our pup got spayed and they were awesome with her. We have always taken her to another local vet but planned pethood is our new veterinarian. I will highly recommend them. Chloe says thank you!

We had 3 40-55 lb did and one small 15lbs. After checking in and getting everyone weighed the staff came out to the vehicle to give them all there shots. I thought they were amazing for doing that.

I have taken 5 kitties here over the past three years and have always had a great experience. The staff is very nice, friendly, informative and helpful. I take my kitties here for shots also. Did I mention best prices around which is awsome since I'm on a fixed income! Thank you Cares Center ❤😺

Very nice and caring staff! I was nervous bringing in a neighborhood cat for neutering. Had no idea how he was going to react to any of it.... When I came to pick him up, they said he was one of the sweetest animals there that day! Made my whole day to hear that! We've also decided to keep the little guy, he will never sleep outside again! Thank You for helping us, help him!

Very clean,friendly,and helpful,. Live that they do dissolving stitches makes life easier for dog moms who's little one's are quite nervous about doctor visits. They did a great job and very pleased with the timing and cost. Thank you all.

Love the staff, all love animals and truly care about helping them. Ms. Cindy and her team are awesome. Prices are also more than reasonable, so it does make for a bit of a wait sometimes, but worth it.
