This place is top notch. We drove from NY and had a check engine light come on. We pulled in off the highway, the service advisors immediately began helping us and got a mechanic (Brian). Brian was on point and we were out of the location 20 minutes after arriving with the issue fixed. Brian keep up the amazing work and customer service!

Ramiro Meoli has been our salesperson for our pass three vehicle purchases. When we come in to test drive we usually make an appointment. This is do to his services that are always in high demand by his loyal customer base. On this last purchase we didn't make that appointment and were more than happy to wait to be serve by Ramiro. The car buying process was excellent as always. Ramiro had made three sales including ours that day. He is awesome. The dealership is also very well run and a good supply of vehicles ready to be purchased.

We were extremely fortunate to be helped by Brandon. We were shopping for a used vehicle to get around and he found one with a bit higher price tag than we were expecting. He did not try and push us, answered all my questions, and even looked up alternate vehicles. We thanked him and said we would like to check others. He thanked us for our time and off we went. After dealing with a couple other shops we determined that the most honest and non-pushy people were at Ritchie. We called back, Brandon and his manager discussed it and made us a great deal for a lower price than we thought. Excellent experience and highly recommend anyone looking for a good vehicle hit them up.

Robert R. in service was AMAZING! was in a pinch on a Friday morning, drove 2hrs due to truck issues and was told by another dealership they couldn't even run my truck for a diagnostic until Monday or Tuesday.... Jeff Lloyd and Rick (Sales Manager were terrific. They both worked with me and my wife on short notice and finalized a fair deal on a Sunday. Exceptional customer service.

From the moment of speaking to Steve Smith (sales) to meeting Shawn (finance) and Robert (service) the purchasing of a new vehicle was extremely pleasant/professional in all aspects. When looking to purchase a new truck my wife and I dreaded dealing with the sales departments because of the sales game of good guy/bad guy and dealing with multiple individuals all trying to get you to that magical purchase price (Nissan). The experience my wife and I had at Richey was so smooth that when we met with Shawn, the purchase price was actually lower than we had expected. 2 days later I returned and purchased a protective coating for the truck and (Steve/Shawn) arranged everything thru Robert (service) and we were given a courtesy vehicle to use while the new truck was being serviced. I would highly recommend that if you are in a market to purchase a new GM vehicle you would be doing yourself disservice if you don't give them a visit.

First time visit. Came in for an oil change. Staff kept me updated and informed of other things the car needed. Courteous, friendly staff, clean & comfortable waiting room.
