Always have loved DSW for shoes!! They never fail! I always come out with a least three new pairs! Sad that the salesperson told me the store was going bagless soon??? Have no idea if they realized some people like me like the shoe boxes to keep our shoes nice at home! It makes it way more difficult to carry with out a bag.

Fantastic customer service! I had a complicated exchange from an online order that required the managers help and she was just awesome. Very friendly and made sure I could keep the discount on the exchange I was making. The store looked very well organized with a large selection as well. She also signed me up for their rewards program earning an initial 30$ off my next purchase. I will be back DSW, thank you for the wonderful customer service!

Always fun shopping for shoes and DSW has the best prices and if you sign up you can get incredible discounts off shoes! This store seems to be smaller than most, I guess it is a new design that they are trying out. They still pack lots of shoes to choose from. The employees are great and so helpful even checking to see if my expired coupon would still work! Definitely recommend signing up and shopping at DSW

Went to exchange a pair of tennis shoes I ordered at the store. The attendant apologizes for the mistake. They ordered a male design instead woman. Error was corrected immediately since they had it in stock. Very happy. Everybody is very polite. Great experience

Very good experience. I would be nice if they leave the cashier area open and not blocked by racks of merchandise...found out that we were not the only customers looking for the check out area, customer service and the cashier was very friendly.
