I am extremely happy with the care I receive at this office. I have been to many doctors with a mysterious condition, and no one seemed to know what was wrong with me. I was physically at the end of my rope . I decided to try Complete Care in Ft. Meade. Dr. Quinonez saved my life. He figured out why I felt so badly. Thank you Dr. Quinonez for being the best doctor I ever had. You and your staff are fantastic! I drive an hour to see this doctor, and it is worth it! 🌟

I love, love, love Dr. Quinonez❣ He’s very personable and very compassionate & informative when it comes to explaining things to you❣ I’m new to the area and I’m so very proud that I found him to be my primary care doctor. Think it’s very nice of him to ask me every time I go to an appointment, “Are you still smoking and are you ready to quit??” I mean he doesn’t pressure me or anything like that it just makes me feel that as my doctor he’s very concerned about my health❣ Overall he’s freaking AWESOME❣❣

Dr. Arguedas is a very good dr. she really does careful about her patients and as well always makes sure she addresses everything thoroughly so theres nothing misunderstood. I've been seeing her for several yrs and would recommend her most definitely to anyone.

My Primary Care Doctor is Dr. Quinones, and he is a very caring Professional that does a thorough job managing my Health Care.

Best doctor ever, hands down. My entire family has been going to him for years. His wife, Dr. Arguedas, has also seen me and she's very sweet as well. I rarely get sick but last Christmas I was sick with strep throat and was having pain, night sweats, and dizziness overnight that left me feeling sad, scared, and alone. I called the office early morning and the girls in the front told me he was booked for the day. They said they'd ask Dr. Q to see if he could fit me in. They called me back within 5 minutes and said to head over as soon as I could. Once I was in the office, he treated me with a steroid shot and sent me home with meds. I cried when he told me, "It took you longer to call, than to just come into the office." I felt immediately better on my way home. Pain free and so appreciative.
So much that I woke early the next morning and took the office donuts from Krispy Kreme and a Christmas card.😊
Serious change of roles when the provider turns into the patient. I spend so much time caring for the sick, that I forgot what it was like to be sick myself.
Dr. Q is a clear example of what genuine care of patients should be. He gained so much respect as a provider and an individual in my eyes.

I love Dr Marcela Arguedas she takes her time with me and she cares for me I never have a long Wait time to see her and it is just great to see her smiling when I see her

Dr "A" is awesome! Very compassionate, very attentive, professional and thorough. She will follow through and find answers. Thank you Dr A for all you do ♥

My first time coming here. Had an appointment and still waited an hour and a half to see the Dr.

Very rude office staff. it took me multiple calls to the office to get the new patient paperwork sent to me. Office told me multiple times they would call me right back to schedule an appointment after i faxed them my paperwork. Then once i finally got an appoinment scheduled after 2 weeks of trying the lady must have thought she put me on hold but didnt and said ''this lady is getting on my nerves.'' When all i was trying to do is get an appointment to see the doctor. I work in customer service too and would not treat someone like that.
You will lose alot of patients with staff like this.

If I could give a 1/2 star would be what Dr. Marcela Arguedas deserves and her staff very unhappy with the way they treat my 90 year old father in law when he needs assistance from me his caregiver they would not allow me to go in the office with him and now they haven't sent Medical records to his new Doctors office over a month ago will see what they have to say .
