Rooms To Go - Daytona Beach

I was looking for a new couch, and I had very specific criteria. It had to be grey & very soft, reclining, with good media consoles…
So over the weekend I just happened to go into Rooms To Go in Daytona because my mother had recently purchased a very soft, comfy couch from there. I was greeted by Stanley Sanders, who made me feel right at home. Unfortunately for him he had to take me to about every possible soft comfy couch in the store before we found the right one. He printed me up information so I could take it home and think about it. The next day I came in met with Stanley and purchased the wonderful new couch! Highly recommend the new store location and please ask for Stanley!

My experience today at Rooms To Go with Russ Murray was Fantastic….
I purchased a new set of furniture for my office, and I am extremely happy with my purchase. He was very thorough and showed me everything that I needed to see to make My decision. He even showed me other sets that I wasn’t necessarily interested in just to show me the difference in features. I will be back next month to buy a couple of new leather recliners for my house and a leather couch recliner for my mother. Thank You Russ!

We worked with Rick at Rooms to Go in Daytona and I can’t say enough about his excellent customer service!
We fell in love with the couch we picked out but due to its size it wasn’t going to fit in our living room unless we removed one of the seats… thankfully he was able to have someone remove one of the pieces so that I could see what it was going to look like.
Rick was so easy to work with. He was knowledgeable, not a pushy sales person and made our visit personable. He has followed up with texts to let us know about the delivery process and sooner dates available.
We were able to message him to let him know we wanted to add to our order and it was no problem at all!

Our third purchase with Rick. Always treated like a family member. Very knowledgeable & keeps you apprised of your furniture from purchase through delivery. And, we have had some really great delivery guys, too. Courteous & efficient. Recommend highly!

This place is simply great. But what makes this amazing is the people who work there walked in, and Mark greeted us very kindly. He was very well spoken Answered all my questions got all my concerns out the way, and got us exactly what we wanted as a matter fact more than what we wanted a real stand up guy. Again his name is mark. I am very satisfied with his customer care and service I recommend him to anyone who wants a good quality product and service.

This couch is perfect love the way it looks it’s so comfortable and I love the charcoal grey !! And the best thing is I don’t have to wait 6 weeks for delivery!! Jayden (Jay) was great to work with !! Thank you !! Can’t wait to get it home

Stanley was exceptional and very professional. He greeted us upon arrival and helped us to the area that we needed to go. He went above and beyond with our request and selection. We purchased a new sofa. We chose a different color though.

We went in planning to buy a bench for the end of the bed...we ended up spending $5k. Jeez we got carried away. But our salesperson Zac did a phenomenal job, answering all our questions, and making sure we got our best deal on everything. Super helpful and smart. Well done Zac! And rooms to go interior designers, also well done. After my wife viewed every lamp and side table in the store, she settled on the ones set up next to the couch we bought. Nice! Very happy!

Shawn was our salesman. Very knowledgeable and patient with us since we had are granddaughters with. Granddaughter was going from bed to daybed before she made her mind up which one she wanted. Ordered the daybed along with a mattress. Shawn was excellent. Need more salespeople like Shawn!

We were very pleased with our experience at Rooms to Go - Daytona Beach. We took advantage of savings on patio furniture. The selection was very good and we found something that suited us quickly. Our sales person was very informative . She explained all the features of the set we were interested in, she explained all the details of payment, delivery and the replacement package. We never felt pressured and she knew just when to approach us and when to leave us on our own. We left very happy with our purchase and the overall experience.

Michael was great. I have worked in the furniture industry in the past and he knew all the right things to share that helped me with my purchase today. We are furnishing our second family home and it all needs to hold up to seasonal use and I think we accomplished that .

Store was very busy when we visited, Matt was quick to greet us and we told him what we were looking for. He guided us to several items and excused himself to go back to another customer. Came back and checked in on us, gave us more info. He was great even while very busy. Gave us space to roam and look over things. We needed up finding exactly what we came for and he helped with the whole process and didn’t rush us at all which I appreciate!

Great service at the DAB location! Steve Sliwa helped us, moved lamps, let my wife go back and forth to try all the options, and made the purchase seamless. Thanks much!

Excellent experience. Multiple staff members approached me including Stanley who explained a lot of details to us on a piece of furniture and how the rooms to go warranty works. And also Zac who helped us with our purchase. Both of these representatives were patient, knowledgeable, and very polite. My wife and I will surely be returning.

They were amazing in there. We went in looking for a sectional. We seen one online but wanted to sit on it first. Matt greeted us when we walked in and showed us the sectional. There was no pressure to buy just was there to help us. He was very friendly and answered all our questions. He gave us the space to look and sit on stuff on our own. We needed to measure our house because we found a different sectional we liked better. We told him we would call him. We called the next day and was unclear of the measurements.He went and measured the sectional himself to make sure it would fit in our home. He then set everything up for our new sectional to be delivered. We will be back to buy from him again.

Stanley welcomed us and in less than 10 minutes he was ringing up our order. Nice guy very informative. We will be back.
