The staff here is absolutely committed to over the top customer service. Nothing too difficult or unusual should be their motto. Always friendly, willing to help and efficient. Wow!

All positive experiences over last two years. Online reorders and text messaging when order is ready are especially convenient.

We get all of our medications from this location. They were timely and very helpful.

I have had so many problems with this pharmacy. Prescriptions that I get on a regular basis. Would be so rude and confusing on there policies. Most recent was needed a script due to flare up and on my phone doctor sent me scripts to verify didn’t realize I had to choice pharmacy. So I called pharmacy that I accidentally sent to called them they said to call publix and they would transfer. Called publix and told me it could take up to 24 hours. I told I could not wait that long. I was having a very serious flare up. I needed to know how I would know...he just keep saying it can take up to 24 hours. I hung up and called pharmacy where script was at and they called in to Winn Dixie had it filled for me in 20 minutes. I had used publix for years but last five years they have become so Disconnected with people. So sad cause at one time they were my go to. No more!

They do not notify me when my scripts are ready any more after I told them about it and takes a day sometimes 2 to fill a script and one time I waited after I dropped it off and went back they said it would be read in 2 hours and I knew that wasn’t true so I waited 4 hours and the lady said oh I wanted it today ?? I said what do u mean u said 2 hours I told u I would be back it’s been 4 they need serious manage help in that pharmacy sometimes the pharmacist is by him self working filling scripts running register giving shots are u serious get him some HELP

Been going here a while, they have been consistently short, borderline rude. Long waits. One gentleman was the exception.
