Ed Lee Insurance

Ed was very helpful I have some customers his way.

Went in to get information about insurance. Had several people ahead of me so I left my name and number. 3 days later still haven't heard from them.

We went to Ed for a quote on insurance and he had the best price out of three quotes. BUT and that is a huge BUT... he is someone I would never never do business with. His sickening racial comments left a horrible sight in my brain. I will not post what he said since I don't want anyone to have that picture in their mind. We should haIve walked out of his ceramic duck filled office after spending 5 minutes with this heinous hateful man. I can't imagine filling a claim with him. He was the least professional man I have ever run into.

Ed Lee is been my insurance representative for years not only car insurance my husbands liability insurance for his business. He has screwed up so bad this year on my husband’s liability insurance that I will have to discontinue using Ed Lee service. I think it is for him and his secretary time for them to retire. Or Ed put the liquor bottle down .Although he come across being very professional. Speaking to the underwriter for the liability insurance he has still not gave them the new contract that my husband signed on 12/16/20. Why would he be mailing out on 12/31/20? And you really think this ok Ed? For us not to worry it’s all good. Time to retire Ed time to retire!
