Not knowing much about auto repairs I can only report my son's comments. Ii did have what he needs to repair his Tahoe. The people were helpful and fun to deal with.

This store accidentally overcharged me for a serpentine belt. The store manager called me a week later and apologized and reimbursed everything in full! Very nice knowledgeable staff!

Very good customer service.There was a miscommunication about a product u had ordered the store ordered it themselves and had it got me !!

Great place to get items that are not readily available at some other nearby parts stores. The guys are always helpful and friendly, and…most important to someone like me, whose daily driver is 17 years old…they are knowledgeable when it comes to autos and their parts. I like to order online for pick up later in the day; the ordering is always simple and the pick up has always been smooth.

Just plain professional, always friendly and helpful. If they don't have it they'll get it and even deliver it.
