It's very beautiful at this park. And there are plenty wildlife to see while walking along the trails.

Was coming home to family in Florida after 26 years. Saw the park and had to pull in. I had spent time there as a kid. Launched canoes here with a boy scout troop...it was after dark and under a bright moon. Got to show my wife and mentioned to her that the park seemed changed a little, spruced up and nice. Very nostalgic moment for me! 5 stars!!

We love Patterson Park! Our favorite things here are the observation decks and the two gazebos. We were able to spot turtles, fish, and many species of birds. Definitely a must-stop little park!

Beautiful park in downtown Fort Meade, FL I try to spend time here whenever I'm staying in Fort Meade. You never know what kinds of birds, turtles you might see as well as an occasional alligator or even a snake.

Took a group of youth and my team to this park for some public fishing. The park was beautiful with all it's pure nature state with lots of trees and plants. Nice park for bird watching, seen gators and turtles. Youth caught some catfish and Talapia. Nice and clean. Bathroom facilities on site were open, clean and accessible as well.

Very nice park. Lots of wildlife to see. Lots of docks to fish from. There's a boat ramp, but only electric powered motors allowed

Drove past it for years , now it's an essential road trip break. Clean, well repaired, great path through Florida wildlife.

Had a great time with the family grilling out. The place is beautiful, plenty of shade, grills gazebos, places to fish. The only thing that I would change is the placement of garbage cans. They are spread out sporadically and far from the tables and grills. Still a beautiful, peaceful place to go

Beautiful little park, we were entranced watching the alligators and turtles around and in the lake. Lots of bird life and vegetation. Cute walkways with pagodas to sit and relax. The sidewalk went in a complete circle around the lake so I got some steps while my husband fished. It doesn't seem to be a great fishing spot, but we might have been rigged up wrong. A good deal of shade. The restrooms were locked so they might have discontinued servicing them for covid, there was no sign to explain. There was a boat ramp for anyone wanting to use.

This is easily the most tranquil park I've been to. Has a small boat ramp, bathrooms & plenty of places to fish from if you don't have a boat. I've gone here just to Get away & collect my thoughts. But picnics with the family is the most rewarding.

I dont visit Patterson Park that often. But it is well kept. Nice for walks for exercise around the water. You fish there too. It's a little small for boats. Great for a picnic. Even pictures for special events.

This park has several bench/table seats and at least one or two grills if not more very quiet and peaceful has passes to walk on there is one alligator path you might not want to go down but it warns you it's at the very end there is birds and you can see turtles out there in the water it's beautiful it is a very long path that goes a very long ways around the park and a beautiful waterview

Only 2 complaints nobody to watch out for the poor ducks some lady was feeding them old bread!
It was a little messy. Im sure it's cleaned alot just we happend to go when there was nail polish all over one of the gazebos. Its beautiful place to sit and look at the water.
