Great food, very friendly staff and atmosphere, nice sized portions. The alligator bites were the best. Great sweet tea too. 77.00 bucks for a family of five, you can't beat that and everyone walked away full and happy. Karaoke was a riot! They got .y youngest daughter up there to sing and she loved it! Will def be back next time I'm in town.

9 of us dropped in mid day on a Sunday. Management shared with us due to low staffing and new employees service was slow.... We were immediately seated inside. Restaurant definitely has character! Fun! Food was good and reasonably priced. Nice menu selection.Wait staff did their best.And all things considered they did pretty well And they were busy. Live music outside. We'd go back

Food was delicious. The service was great. The staff members were all very nice.

This is a no frills but darn good eating establishment and we're happy with that. If you're looking for luxury and fine dining this isn't for you.

However if you like a laid back and friendly atmosphere then this is where you belong.

Our server was extremely pleasant and helpful and the food was delicious. What more could you want. Enjoy!

took us to Big Bass and the food is out of this world. Frog legs and onion rings are the best I have ever had. So good I went back 4 times for the same thing. Back in Indiana now but missing the food.

Super fun and friendly atmosphere! Almost feel like you are at home here. The guy playing live music was AMAZING and played all the best oldies! Perfect live music to listen to next to a beautiful view of the lake! The waitress was nice and funny. Super laid back. Planning to come back for karoke night on Fridays! The food is mostly fried and nothing fancy but it is absolutly perfect for a laid back nice time! The jalapeño poppers were the best ive ever had. Worth it to check out and we will be back!

I was taken here today to eat lunch and wanted to share the good experience. This restaurant is off the beaten path but worth trying to find. They offer delicious food, waterfront views, a nostalgic feel, and great prompt service. We ordered the cheeseburger w/fries and also blackened grouper w/ red potatoes. Both were very tasty, great temperature, and plated nicely. Server was always keeping our refills full and making sure we had everything we needed. I will be going back here again.

Nice outdoor restaurant in Lake Panasoffkee. Had seating inside but was a beautiful day so ate outside. We had coconut shrimp as an appetizer. Entree was shrimp boil with a side of grits. Was fantastic. Old bay seasoning was awesome on the shrimp. Had corn and red potatoes. Service was excellent. Will be back!

What a nice spot!! For a outdoorsy girl visiting Tampa this was a wonderful gem to find! It was out in the countryside and so peaceful and quiet! The food was tasty (especially loved the gator bits!) The water tasted great, which sounds silly, but if you care you get it haha. The staff was SO friendly and kind. Overall it has been one of my favorite places I've gone on my FL visit!

Great old timey Florida lake place. Very authentic and not like the artificial Villages places. Catfish was the best fried fish I've had since shore lunch on Lake of the Woods in Canada. Staff were friendly and sweet as you'll find anywhere. Saw a large murder of crows out on the fishing pier after lunch.

My wife and I have lived in East Pasco County forever and have never visited Big Bass Grill. The experience was awesome. We had Louisiana Oysters, Seasoned Steamed Shrimp, and Fried Pickles. The best. The view was perfect and so was the staff. Jessica (our server) was a blast and loads of fun. Chef Jen did a wonderful job in the kitchen. What a meal and what a great day. Can't wait to go back soon.

Very fresh fish served in a variety of ways. Served in a basket with choice of sides. The green beans were obviously canned, but the freshness of the seafood outweighed the quality of the sides. This was our second time as we don't get up that way too often. But it will definitely be a stop whenever we're on that part of I-75. Well worth the couple of miles drive off the highway. This is a fish camp with tables outside and in, nothing fancy but clean and fun in an old-fashioned way. Friendly staff.

You have to try the steamed shrimp with Old Bay. They were so good we came back two days later for more! One pound of big shell on shrimp served with melted real butter and cocktail sauce for $18.99. Three of us shared and there was plenty. Good drinks. Ask for Shelly. She was a sweetheart and remembered us..even to my lemon in iced tea. We also had lobster bisque which was good but $6.99 a small bowl.
Definitely a repeat next time I am in this area of Florida fishing Lake Pan...

Took a motorcycle ride up here on Sunday. Loved the place! The service was great. Very friendly and efficient. I loved all the Patriotic themes inside and outside. The view of the Lake was beautiful and we really enjoyed the entertainment. Will definitely go back

Who knew, Lake Panasoffkee would have such a nice Grill with a band good food we loved it.

Food was delicious, my father and I went for Father's day. Our first time around 6pm. We had the steam pot for 2, was great. Only issue wasn't bad, just the potatoes in it weren't quite done. I told the server and she was polite. I ate them anyway because I don't mind, but my dad has bad teeth. Went out and enjoyed the view, and even saw a tiny gator, sadly my camera didn't do it justice. We will definitely be back. One more thing, the homemade ranch that comes with the poppers is great. I would love that recipe. The wait wasn't bad at all either, but it was just us I believe.

1 word. Wow! My husband and I visited on a long road trip from Naples to Tallahassee. We were looking for a casual place where we can sit outside after driving for a while, and wow was this place was perfect. Just a few miles off i75, full bar, very spacious outside seating by the lake, clean and the portions were great for the affordable prices. I had catfish and he had gator fingers. Our waitress Shelly was so good at her job, very friendly, and we will definitely be back Thanks all staff! Next time we should bring the boat!

Great lake view and the shrimp poboy and beans were delicious. I should have ordered the catfish as I didn’t read the reviews before eating here. Will definitely be coming back.

This place is an amazing little waterfront place that the locals gather. I almost hate to give it up... The views are amazing. And the food?? OMG so good.
Kiera took care of us and she was great. Great burgers, and the gator bites were perfect.

Love eating near the water! Great food with large portions. Catfish and fries were delicious. Philly steak sandwich has thick steak strips. Yummy!
