VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KIND💙 my husband and I were broke down on the florida turnpike and Wayne, the owner, Sent a tow truck to get us off the side of the road and went to great lengths to try to get our vehicle fixed and us back on the road. Unfortunately it was not an easy fix and parts had to be ordered and work will be completed this week. I would recommend them 100% to anyone . GREAT PEOPLE!!!

Justin did a phenomenal job moving our shipping container. It was not in an easy area to get to and I even suggested he give up and we could try a different route, but he was determined and got it done!! You all have won a loyal local customer/business owner for services and we will definitely call in the future. Thank you! Very friendly, professional, and great at communication.

I was hit by a hole and they towed my vehicle to this yard the staff were very friendly and helpful in the process of dealing with the insurance companies. I highly recommend them for a tow.

Definitely appreciate this company. I called so many different companies in the area and was told to call this company by another; had the best rate along with great service. Great Company! Tow truck driver tyler was awesome & the office gal was very pleasant to deal with. Our expedition had been sitting on the side of the Florida turnpike for 20 hours trying to find a tow company to pick it up, We finally came across wildwood auto & wrecker service & they had our vehicle picked up & delivered to its destination safely within a hour. Called the place up on a Sunday and was able to get my blown tire on my semi trailer very quickly and efficiently upon getting to their place and the person replacing the one noticed that I actually needed another one as well. Needed a tow for our 40 ft diesel pusher motorhome. They were there within 30 minutes. The driver was extremely professional and went over everything he was doing. He towed our coach to a transmission shop that we had contacted in Ocala. I am very pleased with the service we received and would recommend Wildwood Towing to anyone.

Car wouldn’t start after stopping near Wildwood on our way home to Illinois. Driver came and assessed to see if it was just the battery but it wasn’t so we got towed to a dealer nearby. The driver was so kind and they were quick to get us taken care of. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a tow in this area. Price was fair too.

We had just packed up the car after visiting relatives in Florida. We’re from Michigan and were heading home. However, we only drove about 10 miles and had a significant front brake failure. The front brake locked up and the car was not drivable. A friendly Sheriff’s deputy lined up a tow from Wildwood for us. It was close to our location and he stated they had a great reputation. When they found out we were on a long distance trip, they indicated they would look at it early that afternoon. Although the damage could have been much worse, Wildwood started working on the problem that afternoon despite what looked like plenty of other work already in the shop. Unfortunately the problem required a part that wouldn’t be available until the next morning. The part arrived and Wildwood worked on it right away. By around 10:00 a.m. the car was fixed and we were on our way. The price charged for labor and materials was fair. Wildwood made a very stressful situation come to a quick resolution. Can’t thank them enough! Great job!

Car broke down on a Wednesday night. I was there at 8 am the next morning when they opened. By 8:35, they were working on the car, and by 10:45, the water pump was replaced and I was driving away. $460 for a water pump on a Chevy V8 was more than reasonable given the quick time frame. I highly recommend going to this shop; nice people, trustworthy, and timely.

Wildwood took a quick moment to diagnose my wife's engine code when it started sputtering on the Turnpike. They were able to quickly provide enough of a diagnosis to determine that it was safe to drive to the facility where the work is covered by the warranty, and they did not charge for the service! Thanks for the quick turnaround; hope we can drive more business your way.

I can't say enough good things about Wildwood Auto Repair and Wrecker Service. Our F250 Diesel died on I-75 on a Sunday afternoon a couple of weeks ago. I found them thru a google search, called and they came and picked up the truck. They graciously allowed my husband and our 3 Labradors to wait in the lobby of their Closed business while I tracked down a rental car and came back to pick them up. We picked up the truck a couple of days later and it quickly died again. Not ideal but it happens. They came and picked up the truck again, and called a few days later to say it was fixed. They never charged us for the second tow - or the second repair, stating that they should have caught it the first time. These fine people could have taken advantage of us when we were vulnerable and did not. I highly recommend them!!!

My car broke down very late Saturday night. They sent a tow truck immediately and took it to their shop. Monday I called first thing in the morning to find out if they could look at it that day and they were already looking at it. They had my car fixed by 1:30 that afternoon and at a price that was far lower than I was expecting. Service was prompt and courteous! I was so relieved and pleasantly surprised by the outcome given that I was not from the area and had no idea what kind of service I would get. I highly recommend them for anyone.

BEST friendly service ever experienced. Driving down from Gainesville and tire got a huge slit in between tread. They checked out tire to see if it could be patched and also tried to locate a new tire for me once tire was 100% ruined. No one near by stocked tire size so they but donut tire on and told me where to go to locate a new tire. All of this great service was done gratis, NO CHARGE. Got me in and out right away so I could get back on road to head to tire store. Owner very pleasant and as professional as they come. Would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who needs help with ANY matters when it comes to their vehicles. Thanks again for a great experience. A+++++

My family broke down on the turnpike while traveling to Disney. Called multiple tow companies and they were the only ones who could tow our vehicle, camper, and haul my family of 5 back to the shop. We got back and the tow truck driver let my children help him lower the van down, which completely made their day! They worked very quickly and efficiently to get us back on the road! Would reccomend in a heartbeat!

Excellent experience. While passing through on our way to Colorado our water pump went. They replaced it that day, promptly and at a very good price. We left and made it to St. Louis and the pump went again. The mechanic in St. Louis had to do the job all over again. Wayne at Wildwood Auto was very understanding and refunded my money over the phone for the water pump, coolant, and labor. This is a trustworthy business and Wayne is a man of his word. If I lived in Wildwood this would be the shop I would go to. It helps that they also work on all of the county vehicles.

I don’t think there is a nicer sweeter more capable Wrecker and Auto Truck Service in the South East if not the United States of America. Not only did Wayne and Julie themselves come rescue me off I-75 after Sunset but their Crew and Staff was more than accommodating in diagnosing, locating random broken Caterpillar Truck Parts, and quickly repairing me back onto the Road. I’ve already saved them as Contacts in my Phone in case I’m any where near here in a mechanical pinch!
