We had some electrical work done by Pikes Electric and we could not be happier.
My initial contact was with Cassandra who was so nice and patient with us over the phone and via email too, and when the need arises to go over some additional details Shawn I mean Mr. Personality 😁 took the time to email us with details and set up a time for in person visit.
After all was agreed on which was lot more work than we originally had planned for we realized how much our expectations were exceeded. We had more work done because it was so nice to deal with everyone.
The day of the actual job Cliff and Jonathan showed up on time and tackled our entire project in few hours. Both cliff and Jonathan were very courteous and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves and explained all the work they did.
We had 4 outlets added in our lanai 2 on the upper sides of the main wall and 2 additional on separate columns and our can light between the two ceiling fans was replaced by our HotSpurs team lamp. In our master bedroom we had a TV plus added and on the garage doors we added the LED spot lights with a manual switch they placed right where we wanted.
I would recommend Pikes Electric with any needing any electrical work done in the most professional way.

I couldn't figure out why my well wasn't getting power. They came out to assess the issue and provide an estimate. Quickly tested all the breakers inside and found them to function opened a box outside I didn't even know was there and found a breaker that was tripped. Thank you So Much for your expedient service I couldn't be happier with a free estimate that resolved the problem. I'm definitely calling this company when I need work done.

Arranged for an appointment to replace faulty breaker. Scheduled for 2 days later. 3 hours later, received a call that someone could come out later that day. Tech arrived about 3, tested and relpaced the breaker. Job well done!!!

Consistent great service. We had outside landscape lights installed and our light fixtures and fans changed inside the house. Jonathan was great.

I meet them on the Ocala Homr Show and we are very haooy with them. Very profecional, price, they explain what is best options, go more than beyon, fallow up, make it happen. I still have some project to be done. And Pike will be.

I can't praise them any more highly. We had 3 people out for about 6 hours doing various electrical upgrades and repairs (Jonathan, Cody and another fellow) and they were not only competent and professional, they were a delight to have in the house. Jonathan made several great recommendations. We will call no other place when looking to improve or repair our house!

Had a great experience working with Pikes Electric. Cody from Pikes replaced all my outside lights. He was very efficient, professional, and did great work. They are reasonably priced. Will definitely use again.

I had a light switch that shorted out so I called Pike's. Cody, our tech, came over as scheduled (actually early but he called to make sure I was available), explained what happened, why it happened and had us up and running quickly and efficiently. I will use Pike's again without hesitation.

We had Pike's Electric install a generator hookup. They arrived early (called and asked if that was okay), and did an excellent job installing it. The installer was polite, very professional and didn't make a mess. He worked quickly and didn't waste any time. Very happy with the results! We are going to have them back to do some other work for us. Definitely recommend Pike's!

I have used Pike's Electric before and I will again. They are always professional, follow-up as promised and their work is always excellent. Today we had an outlet and switch installed. In the office, Cassandra handled my initial inquiry in a very timely manner, Shaun stopped out to provide an estimate and took the time to answer my questions and Josh completed the installation today. This is the second time Josh has been out to our residence and his work is always top-notch! The entire team is pleasant to deal with and they all do their part to provide excellent customer service. Very pleased with the professionalism of Pike's Electric service and customer service. When I called to report the problems I was having with my kitchen dimmer switch and my outside pole light, the customer service rep was very thorough in asking questions and explaining different possibilities of what the problem might be, the cost of labor and estimated time it might take, as well as estimated additional costs for material. The work was done on schedule, very quickly and thoroughly, no surprises and reasonable cost. Because of the professionalism in their services I decided to request a quote for replacing my halogen under cabinet kitchen hard wired lights with LED hard-wired lights and Cassandra in Pike's provided very detailed estimates with links to the actual products. Cassandra was a delight to work with, and very professional - I recommend Pike's for your electrical work.

Casandra, Assistant has been cordial and responsive to my inquiries about service and assisted with my scheduling for same. Terry, Electrician called me today in advance of arrival, was very professional and knowledgeable about the work to be done. He installed a new interior light fixture after re-locating it from the previously used location and also installed a new lanai fan. Clean-up was great. I have had Pike's Electric assist me in the past with my electrical needs and will have them again in the near future.

The most amazing company! Do not hire anyone else for your Electrical Job. Highly trained, certified and insured! High Quality Certified Electricians. I received multiple bids from many electric companies in The Villages for a hot tub install, whole house surge protection and chandelier installation and no other company seemed capable of getting permits and managing the work or the job. It was truly remarkable how ethical this company is. If you want your family to be safe don't cut corners on your electrical needs and use pikes electric. Great Communication, Great Quality and they Stand by their work. Unbelievable response time and customer service! I cannot Thank Shawn and Julie enough! Great company! I hired Pikes after I went with a Cheap Electrician and they screwed everything up. The Hot Tub would not even work. Pike's had to redo the job and guess what - everything works! Don't try and save money just hire the best company that answers the phone and takes care of their clients. They love there customers. Saving $100 or $300 bucks is not worth it. Trust me.

Pike's wired up my spa and soffit lights, very fair price.The team showed up exactly as scheduled, was able to run the wires inside the wall and accommodate my requests. Good work and a fair price.

Excellent experience. Prompt, did great work and were very professional. We had them move an outside plug so we could screen in our porch, then add another plug to our light post. Will definately use them again.
