I have always hated buying cars and the reason being are the sales people are horrific. They won't leave you alone! My boyfriend had just bought a car from Ritchey Autos and had such wonderful experience so he told me that I must try them. I was leery but he said he would have them call me. A few minutes later I got a call from Libby. She asked me a few questions about myself, asked me what the other dealership was offering me and asked me what I wanted. She said she was going to talk to finance and Donny and get back to me shortly. Within 10 minutes Libby called me back and told me that she had me financed without a cosigner, in the exact car that I wanted, a 2016 Nissan Altima, and when did I want to pick it up? I told her tomorrow! When I got there the next day, Libby was amazing! She quickly got my paperwork going even though the office was super busy with clients. We went for a test drive and we had a blast! Libby was absolutely hilarious, friendly and knowledgeable of the car I was driving. Donny was amazing when we got back in the office and took me to Rick and financing. Rick did not put any pressure on me what so ever, which made the experience so amazing!
