I have mixed feelings about living in Lake Panasoffkee. Being in a small town, it seems that everyone knows your business and certain businesses (in particular) treat you differently than other residents who live here too. With that being said, Certified Auto ISN'T one of those types of businesses. They answered the phone the first time I called, set up an appointment, and even got me in a day earlier. I should have posted this sooner since it was back in December when I had them work on my vehicle. I believe his name is Jerry who worked on my car. I can't thank him enough though. Super nice guy that treats you like family. (Not sure if I listed everything so this is a picture of the receipt and all they done to it). It was definitely well worth what I paid which was a little over $654. If I ever need my car worked on again I'll know who to call. Thank you again Jerry and everyone else up at Certified Auto that got me back on the road again

They're amazing here! I came for my brakes to be replaced and it was pretty last minute, I wasn't expecting to be taken care of so quickly or efficiently, they did my brakes and rotors so fast, I'm amazed by how kind everyone is there, especially their mascot (this sweet little brindle dog, she kept me company while I waited 😊)
I really appreciate all the work they did on my car, plus the extra bit of stuff that they did that I didn't even mention, (and they even offered me a ride home! 😊)
If you're in town and need some work done definitely come here, I know I will be from now on!

Jerrys is hands down the best mechanic in this area.
Hes beyond reasonable with prices and his work is second to none with quality.

I had my skid plate come loose and it was dragging I came in within 5 minutes they cut it off so I could get it fixed at home I really don't need it as just cosmetic but they were extremely wonderful they put me in real quick and the prices were very good

Had car trouble and found this shop about 4 miles off the exit. Jerry determined the issue and ordered the part. we were back on the road within 90 minutes. Great service, great price and great owner!

Jerry, the owner came highly recommended by a friend of mine so I recommended them to a friend of mine that needed work done on her truck. They went over and above to make sure that her truck was fixed properly, located another problem, a real problem not just something they could make money off of and also fix that. Not only was the whole ordeal as professional if not more so than going to a dealership but the price that was quoted to her came out to be less then he had quoted. That's right don't fall off your chair he did not charge all the money that he could have. For some strange reason he would rather do quality work, be a man of his word, and have one hell of a fantastic relationship with his customers not to mention the reputation of Excellence that he has in this area and every single word of it and then some is absolutely true! It is nice to find a business that operates with all the intent and morals of 50 years ago to not only get your business but earn it and keep it. Wow what a concept!
