Had to run in for a couple small items to finish a project. Used the app to find the correct isle and shelf. In and out on less than 10 minutes. Staff is always helpful when I need assistance. Great place for the handyman to shop.

Have been going there for every project I have and they are always helpful. specially Johan in the lumber area he is always going above and beyond to help me get the right materials and tools to make my projects easier.

Love that I'm able to take my Anatolian in Lowes, which is dog friendly. I certainly recommend that more stores allow this practice. I spend a lot of money at Lowes and bringing my companion definitely adds to my shopping experience.

Kendra was a great help with directing me to the right product and very friendly, would recommend her service to any fellow shoppers.

I feel at times that I live at Lowes . Never fail to have exactly what I need. Some of the folks have been very helpful in pointing out features and options on tools . Frequent the garden center on a regular basis as well.

I would like to recognize a Lowe’s associate for going above and way beyond to help me! I got off work and had planned to go to the thrift store nearby and then to Lowe’s after to see a sweet lady named Kendra that always helps me with flowers and gardening. This particular day I was needing cucumbers not sure if I needed seeds or plants since it is late in the season. While at the thrift store I see her there, walk over to her and say, oh no! I was just coming to Lowe’s to see you, I needed your help. She said I am just getting some cooler clothes to wear because it is so hot where I am outside all day but I will be happy to go back over there and help you. I said no, you don’t have to do that. She said, I do not mind at all, gardening and flowers are my passion, I will help you. She went back, walked with me through the garden center, stood with me at check out and helped me load all the things into my car. Now THAT IS exceptional heartfelt service, kindness and a true passion not only to help people but a passion for your job. Thank you so much Kendra! WOW!

We bought a GE double oven electric range past Friday at this store. After the department manager left as his shift ended recommending Gaby the sales Associate suggested she knows exactly what she is doing and he wasn’t wrong. It was delivered about an hour ago as was planned. Young men delivering the stove from the said Warehouse were extremely professional and prompt removing/installing the stove. I will use this store from now on out of my way even. Thank you.

I was at the Garden Center the other day with my wife and met a very knowledgeable and friendly gal named Kendra. She was so helpful picking out soil and fertilizer to expand our planting area. She fixed us right up! Customer Service is alive @Lowes!!

I was picking up some tile for my husband's business and they had it all ready. Also, I had taken a fall over the weekend and sprained my arms, so Arthur and one of the girls from customer service graciously took time to load it for me. They were so kind to me and I wanted to be sure that everyone knew they did a great job!!!Job well done guys!!!

3 years ago: We shop here at least twice a week and have never had a bad experience. The workers are real helpful - especially the cashiers. They always go out of their way to be friendly. It's way better than Home Depot.

We ordered a concrete birdbath. What we received is not what we ordered, the base also had slight defects, air pockets in the concrete, so we returned it. No problem. Went to pick out another. The sales people were very helpful with moving the very heavy concrete pieces Finally got a top and a bottom that looked good. And they loaded it in the car for us. Very friendly people.

Got just what I needed, other stores were out of.

My wife decided we needed a step ladder while she was out shopping. Stopping at Lowe's in Dalton ga. She was assisted by a young man by the name of Conner. She said he was a great help to her and was very courteous and friendly. This is the kind of employee companies should strive to hire.

Got what I needed quickly and was on my way. Folks are helpful whenever I have questions, last time in just got what I wanted and checked out fast. The way I like to shop.
