Villas at Hampton

I've lived here for over four years and the current management team are amazing people. Many thanks and much appreciation to Kenya and Phyllis for being so thoughtful, helpful and kind. Also, much appreciation and gratitude to the staff for all you do.

Living here has been a joy. The office staff is simply AMAZING. Ms. Phyllis and Kenya....I CAN ONLY THANK THE HEAVENS for these ladies. Kenya os so personable and humble she goes out her way to make it right. After my car was vandalized in the parking lot Kenya made sure I wasn't stressed about my rent. She's truly the BEST.

I work at this property as a vendor and its always a pleasure stopping by. The ladies in the front office are very friendly and helpful and the maintenance team is ready to assist whenever I need it. I highly recommend this complex. They keep it well maintained and clean for the residents.

This is going to be a bit long because I have a lot to say. I lived Villas at Hampton for over a year. During that time I’m not sure but I think it changed management. Let me explain the care and even love that I received from this new management team was above and beyond anything I could have ever expected. Namely Ms. Phyllis and Ms. Kenya. These two ladies were integral in lifting me up working with me and never making me feel ashamed. I love them both with my whole heart. If I hadn’t been reassigned to a new area I would have stayed as long as they were there. I thank you two beautiful ladies with your beautiful hearts. I hope whoever moves into my unit at 115 is as blessed as I was to live there.

The staff Phyllis and Kenya are absolutely wonderful and very helpful. The community is sooo lovely. I would recommend anyone to live here because you will be treated fairly and with respect.

Megan effectively balances her Project Manager duties and her interaction with clients.

Jordan takes care of the clients' financial needs as quickly as possible, while maintaining a positive attitude.

Liz's outgoing personality makes clients comfortable inside the leasing office and on tours.

Overall, I feel comfortable coming to either staff member at Villas at Hampton for any need.

This is the absolute best place to be in Hampton. Phyllis, Kenya, and Bryan are the absolute best. I recommend them to anyone that's looking to call Villas your home. So understanding and personable.

I've spent over 2 years here and it has been a wonderful experience. The office staff is kind and caring, anytime an issue has come up they've gotten it resolved quickly. On that note, the maintainence staff is great as well. Always quick and efficient. I've never felt taken for granted, or felt like they didn't care. I've also lived in multiple apartments in my life, but this has been the nicest one I've ever lived in.

Process has been pretty smooth. Any issue we had was addressed immediately. Mrs. Robin is really great! I put a couple orders online and the maintenance guy (Tim) was out to address the issues the next morning. The complex is really chill and laid back. I have confidence that this lease will be really smooth. 🙏🏽

What a wonderful team! Everyone including the maintenance team worked hard to restore my apartment after the December pipe bursting. New floors, blinds, and paint job certainly make me think I have died and gone to heaven!

Apt. 504!!!!!

I’ve been living here for a year & recently renewed my lease. My goddaughter & I enjoyed the pool this summer. It was always clean when we visited. The gym is very well kept & has nice equipment. Management is always nice & friendly. The maintenance guy is so nice & he always comes in a timely manner. This is an apartment so I don’t expect it to be completely quiet but I’ve never had a noise complaint in a year. My only issue is the gate being down more often than I’d like. However, it’s generally repaired in a timely manner. I love living here.

I lived at my apartment for over two years. The staff at Villa of Hampton are very attentive to their residents. Their professionalism and kind service to their resident greatly appreciated. The maintenance crew is outstanding. They are very helpful, friendly and respectful. I would definitely refer any and everyone to live their. I appreciate all staff in making my stay a plenty and wonderful..

My family and I moved in almost a year ago after having not lived in an apartment since 1997. Our daughter who is now 20 years old has never experienced apartment living. We have been extremely satisfied with our stay thus far. The management team is always professional and accommodating in spite of my dramatic Water Bug episodes. The Maintenance team is always timely and very respectful. Keith even came by on a Saturday on his off day because I thought I saw some mold! Keith wiped everything down, calmed me down and let me know that it really didn't qualify as an emergency however due to the concerns I voiced on move in day he said "I promised that I would make sure you are good" and he has remained true to his word. Tim also came by on a Saturday because my light was out in my kitchen.....again not an emergency but it was smack dab in the middle of water bug season and I have a phobia......so he came! I'm not sure who loves them more, me or my husband lol. My only concern is about the Water Bugs! I am being informed that there is some stinky egg smelling stuff unfortunately I do not know the name that can be used by Active that will eliminate them all together. I look forward to renewing our lease this February and hope that things get better for some of the other tenants that reside here.

Villas At Hampton has been a great place to live. I relocated from out of state back in the mid-west. Robyn assisted me every step of the way. Most of it handled by email and phone. She is an asset, without doubt. She always greets everyone as they come in the office (if she's not busy), and she has already been very friendly and open. I moved in mid June 2018 and the same level of care I got when applying and moving in, I still continually receive. All the office and maintenance staff are very friendly and informative. I have never encountered any negative staff behavior or quality issues within my apartment unit. I am currently leasing a 1309 sq ft unit with a garage and it is VERY spacious! The floor plan layout is nearly perfect! My son and I enjoyed the pool and fitness center here, and the grounds are absolutely well kept and beautiful. I have not had any bug problems or mold issues that some have mentioned in other reviews. I have seen ants & spiders in the garage, but the apartments are near woods/trees so of course bugs are expected. No biggie. I had a couple things that required maintenance (non emergency), and they were handled very timely and very courteously. Simply requested maintenance via the "app", and within a couple days, the work order was completed with no issues. Rent payment is also so easy just using the app. I am a happy resident. If I wasn't downsizing and relocating again the summer, I would definitely renew my lease without hesitation. For me, Villas at Hampton was a great decision! - Patricia Lewis

I just moved in and I’m very happy I picked this place. Robin is a very amazing manager every time I call she answer. Everything seems very quiet even at night, Everyone stays in there own world, which I love, and we even have a few police officers that live in the area. I read some of the comments and I have not experienced any of the issues I was reading about. I would highly recommend living here. We have a 24 hour gym, even have a car wash. I’m really loving it here.

Ms Kenya is always ready to assist with residential issues.

I have just recently become a resident of Villas at Hampton and I could not be more pleased with my experience so far. From my first contact with the personable leasing agent....to my move in, everything was handled so smoothly and professionally. The staff and management have been awesome and very welcoming.
I looked around in this area at different apartment complexes before deciding on Villas...the grounds, pool and amenities completely won me over! I look forward to living here for quite some time and encourage anyone looking for an apartment in this area to check out Villa at Hampton.
