Very happy with the grooming results. I had a difficult request to fix as best as possible a mistake a completely different groomer made but Selena W was able to fix my puppy's imperfections. I think we found our permanent groomer!

We adopted our baby boy Stefan from there he is the sweetest kitty and the most loving!! We seen that the employees take amazing care of the animals in the store and help as much as possible!! Thank you ladies for helping me with him!

I want to thank the guy at the desk, Elijah. He was excellent. He was kind and showed me what he recommended for my cat. Very good customer service.

I ordered from this store because they had every item I needed. Everywhere else was out of stock of nearly everything. I've been getting my tank set back up for saltwater and didn't want to drive all over to different places getting what I needed. I ordered online and picked up in store. Only 1 thing wasn't available, which I was credited back for. It was ready in a quick manner and placed to the side for me in 2 buggies. I wasn't able to make it before closing (it was Sunday), but I came the next day to get it. I live in AL. We don't have many stores where I live. Thanks so much! Tank looks great. Just need some fish now!

The staff there are always so friendly when we come in. My girls like to just walk around smelling everything and looking at the fish. They have so many treats in the treat aisle that my girls never know what to do with themselves and end up just walking down the aisle drooling instead of picking something out. We are slowly giving each type a try. Our lab mix enjoys the bones so much when we come home she runs across the road with her bone to show it off to the boys next door.

The store seems much bigger on the inside than it looks from the street and if I am there when they have two of the dog back packs I will certainly be getting one for each of my girls for when we go to the mountain.

Extremely nice folks, and the store has the kitty wipes I need that Petsmart doesn't carry down the road😊 Marlee is an AMAZING manager and has always went above and beyond for me whenever I needed help. Her and all the employees I come across have always been extremely kind. Thank yall for making my shopping experience there amazing🙏💜

Love the staff especially the fish 🐠🐟 guys so informative and all round helpful . If only the store had better stocked shelves it would be perfect!!!!!

Customer service is amazing. The lady that helped us was nothing short of perfect. Gave us a couple of samples and we ended up buying over 40 worth of stuff.
