Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Store was very clean. So glad I switched to T-Mobile! The customer service here is top notch.

These employees are excellent, honest, and very professional, and they did a great job making sure that I got the perfect phone I needed! I ended up going with a Samsung Galaxy S22, since I was getting tired of Apple's ecosystem. I've been really loving this phone so far! I'm into photography, and let me tell you this camera is amazing! I ended up transferring my current number from Total Wireless, which was a pain in the behind since they don't immediately give you a transfer code, which means T-Mobile can't get the okay to use that number since it's locked down. But everything was figured out, and these people did a great job! If you want a new phone and plan, I highly recommend going here. They have really good deals on Samsung phones right now.

The 5 star review goes to the store, T-Mobile as a company are advertising much they are not actually offering. The signal outside cities or inside big busy buildings may be weak, and their "no increase" prices are subject to fees. I have only visited once this particular store. The service I got from Paula was effective, provided in a friendly and polite manner. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Gio and Jurnee are both amazing! They even set up my home internet and new phone for me so I do not have to. Very friendly and patient with me asking all my questions.

Elizabeth and staff did an awesome job helping me. They got me everything I needed to bring home my home internet. Excited to try out the 5G in the area. Store was very clean and cool environment.

The manager and Brandon were absolutely amazing. Never seen two colleagues in sync with one another. I was in utter disbelief with what T-Mobile’s website representatives did to me but these two people managed to turn me into a proud customer.

Went to Tmobile around 7:45 pm December 27th & Brandon was more than happy to help me even though they clise at 8pm. He was very kind & courteous & stayed until he got all my pictures, data & contacts into my new phone. We didn't leave until until about 9:30pm. He never complained one bit that we showed up so late to upgrade my phone. This is the best person to work with. Brandon is a true gentleman. Very knowledgeable & kind. He will work with you & will tell you all you need to know. Couldn't ask for a better sales person & friend.
