Professional Pharmacy

The best service and the best people. As the mother of a special needs child, where I get my child’s medications from is extremely important for me. Professional is always reliable and timely for any medication needs, so I am thankful to have them on my side. Wait times are always low and the staff are all extremely kind.

This is my favorite pharmacy every one is nice and they call me every year for my birthday I've used other places in the pass and noone can top this place I wish I could give this place 100 stars because they deserve it

I am extremely impressed with the level of service and care that I received. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the time to answer all of my questions and provide me with the best possible advice. The pharmacy was well-stocked with a wide variety of medications and other products, and the prices were very competitive.

Very good place , I’ve been with them for years ,I left a few times . Because of misunderstandings. And circumstances …But everything is good now, I would recommend mend them to anyone ty. Professional pharmacy for being great ppl and staff . And always has my meds ready to pick up. Ty!

We have used Professional Pharmacy for many many years. When I visit the store they know us by name.
They are a busy Pharmacy yet never too busy to ask them about any prescription I may have questions about. I feel comfortable using Professional Pharmacy because they have been there for us for many years and the service is great.
I love the deliver service because sometimes we can't get out because of sickness.
Everyone is nice and Professional.

Came here for the first time today, as my regular pharmacy was closed. I didn't really know what to expect out of them. Because I was a first time customer, they had to call bcbs about my inusrance because they do a reimbursement program. They were very happy to answer all of my questions and were very patient while dealing with my insurance company! They also had my prescription filled within a very reasonable amount of time! They may have just made themselves a long-term customer! I highly recommend giving this little pharmacy your business! You won't be disappointed!

Professional is open on Sundays. The store had a prescription we couldn't find elsewhere. It is very convenient to the hospital. It has some medical equipment. The staff is professional and courteous.

Great people, a real "hometown" place, all the service and professionalism of the big corporation stores, with the added bonus of care and attention to detail for customers. They are pretty dang speedy too, I have very seldom waited on a prescription longer than 20 minutes. Even though I live clear across town, and have SEVERAL other pharmacies closer I could use, its worth the trip for the excellent service and the smiling, friendly faces!

Best pharmacy in Dalton. Over the twenty years that we have lived here, we have tried many different pharmacies and finally found our forever home. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. There is little to no wait time if you call in your prescription beforehand and let them know when you will pick it up. They also delivery in the event you need it which I did at one time. And in the event of a crisis, such as the Corona Virus, upon request - they will bring your prescription to your car. Honestly, they are like family. 5 stars!!!!!

I have been dealing with pharmacies for over 38 years and this is the favorite of them all for me. The staff are so knowledgeable and daycare so much about their patients. My family really appreciates and loves all of you thank you for all you do.

Not like the other reviews that they encounter rude staff. But in my experience, they are accommodating! Excellent service!

Best pharmacy in Dalton. Been coming here since I was born. Haven’t switched to any pharmacy nor would I want to. Great staff, nice, clean, professional place.
Sometimes the front staff do seem a little bit annoyed, but it’s understandable because I know there’s patients that are druggies, and they can get annoyed by wanting a specific drug they cannot get.

Have been going here for more than 20 years and the people are the reason. Cookie and Jason are the most informed, professional people I've ever dealt with. There are some others that work here that don't seem to like their job, but I would d never pick another place.

I've been using Professional Pharmacy now over 30 years,my grandparents Lester & Marie Mathis and Glen & Hazel Cochran used them,they grow on you like family and I will continue to use them.
