I work late and I don't like to eat heavy on the evenings I work, so I ordered a full Cobb salad from The Honey Baked Ham to pick up for my supper. The sweet lady who took my order went above and beyond! My salad was fresh and the restaurant was very clean! The price for my salad wasn't bad either. I definitely got my money's worth! I was greeted with a smile and polite attitude. If you're looking for a good meal that isn't super greasy or heavy and made with REAL food, check these folks out. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend 😁😁😁😁

I travel to Dalton on Thanksgiving and Christmas to get a ham and turkey every year. There is less wait time and the manager and employees are very friendly. Today I was there and during my wait and older gentleman got in line a stumbled on sidewalk. I went inside to tell the manager what had happened. While waiting on manager there was a customer checking out. He heard me tell the employee at the register what had happened. The customer who was checking out asked me was any medical personnel assisting the gentleman He told me he was a paramedic. He went out to assist the gentleman as another man took a chair outside for the injured man to sit. The manager went outside to check on the injured customer. She came back in and picked up that man’s order. Several customers offered to pay for the injured man’s order. The manager did not charge that gentleman . Thought it was refreshing that in todays times that a lot of us there were reminded this is still a great country. Hats off the the manger and her staff for stepping up to help and also all the concerned customers. It was worth the longer drive today to Honey Baked store.

I would give this store more stars if I could. The ham and selections are delicious and I enjoy the bag lunches. The only ham salad I eat, nobody else's can come close. I appreciate that they sell it by the pound since I don't always need a large one.

Wonderful place to have some lunch! I've never had a sandwich there that I wasn't impressed with. It is always so fresh and tasty. The employees are so nice and helpful as well.

Great service and great food. We call in lunch for our meetings at the office often and they are always prompt with getting our order ready and labeled. Jennifer is who usually takes our order and she is always very friendly and efficient.

Great smiling face when my mother and me walked in. Aubri was very helpful. And Drew prepared our food...mask and gloves was on..Thank you! But what I would like to see stop using the red onions on everything..you lost 2 sales because of the red onions..but our Barbecue Ham was great!

Good place to work for excellent service and the production team and glaze Masters on site are the best of the best. Excellent product and great tasting food. I have worked for corporate and franchise stores in Tennessee North Carolina and Georgia. And this Dalton Georgia location again is the best of best. Come visit Master glazer Michael

Great sandwiches at a great price. Good and friendly service as well. I highly recommend the tavern club (though I would get it with swiss instead of cheddar but that's just my preference).

The breads are always soft and fresh! The ham salad is delicious and The Honeybaked Sandwhich is a must try! We love the broccoli bacon bliss! We stop by once a week for a good meal!

Always great food and service

This location provided 48 boxed lunches for the Civil War Round Table of Atlanta "Sam Watkins from Ringgold Gap to the Dead Angle at Kennesaw" field trip on May the 3rd. Our lunches were wonderful, fresh, and all the attendees were delighted with such a great lunch. Thanks to you and your staff for making our lunch especially tasty.

I had a small problem for the first time ever at Honey Baked Ham. I was always taught that it's not the mistake that is important it is how you correct it. Jennifer went above and beyond.to correct the problem and that is what I will remember. Thanks Jennifer!!!! We love HBH!
