Thank you to Michelle in the Tax Assessor’s office. She was friendly & professional taking the time to explain everything! Wow, that’s great customer service. Thanks to Brenda for all of your help to me as well. Brenda helped me so much in my decision to move to this area. She is very nice.

Just got off the phone with a very RUDE lady about my property taxes!! If you don't have the attitude to deal with customers on a daily basis, then you should get another job that does not deal with the public! I never received my property tax bill, it was going to the lady I bought the property from and the sweet lady I bought the property from just contacted me and said she's tried to call their office to get it corrected with no luck. Now my taxes are late and they are telling me I'm responsible for the penalty and late fee, how is that fair?!? I NEVER received my bill! If I could give zero stars, I would! TERRIBLE SERVICE
