I have always had a good experience with JBK. Helpful staff always available in store, the in store pickup is quick and easy. They also do great with home delivery. Rentals are easy and priced reasonably too. Found out recently they will also fill your RV propane tank - a huge convenience before a camping trip.

I’m not the type of person to leave reviews generally but when you call the store a real human at the store picks up right away instead of sending you through a maze of chaotic half programmed robot mazes. Helpful and friendly. Love it.

I had the nicest experience at this store. I got greeted in the most pleasant way by multiple staff members as I entered... I was assisted with employees who were very knowledgeable of the merchandise... The pride of being a part of a company they enjoyed working for was shining through their professional manners and smiles... As I was being checked out I was thanked for stopping in and shopping with them in the most genuine fashion... I was even assisted to my car by a customer... I am willing to drive 35 miles to shop here again... Thank you Chestertown Staff for making me feel so very welcomed in your store...

The staff is so friendly and I should know--I've been here almost everyday for the last several weeks and have probably talked to every associate in the store. The renovations (current and ongoing) look great and its so nice to still have access to the full store. From rentals and key cutting to paint samples and Christmas lights, JBK is my go-to.

Today the holiday sale prices made a great visit even better but spent more than I planned. Sale prices were the same as the big box stores and I did not have to pay the DE toll.

Living where there are no big-box stores, Ace is our Wal-Mart and Home Depot, all rolled into one. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and decent prices. Sure fills a void here!

The perfect close by convenient store when you're in a hurry. I always say, its a cool hardware store for women to walk around in because they have more than just hardware. The staff is so super friendly and helpful.

Needed soil & mulch for replanting a thornless blackberry bush. Staff was extremely helpful, friendly & loaded the items in my car with very positive attitude.

I pickep up my order curbside. It was easy, and the woman who brought it to me was very cheerful and polite. Her smile was evident even through her mask.
