Very kind and receptive (and so is his office staff and hygienists), listens, and doesn't try to sell you up on unnecessary and expensive procedures. Understands that patients are typically on a budget and is more than willing to break down treatment in order to be affordable. First dentist I've ever met that doesn't just start procedures without asking for my consent or charging me an outrageous amount for something I didn't even know I was getting. Thank you all for all that you do!

The staff is very attentive to scheduling, and make sure that you don't miss your upcoming appointments.

This dentist and his staff are all just incredible! I have intense anxiety and fear when it comes to dentists, so much so that I become physically ill when I know I have to make an appointment or just before going in. Dr. Arrington and his staff will have me laughing...while examining my teeth! They are super kind, patient, funny and they excel at putting me at ease. I'm so pleased that I found this dentist and I would highly recommend him!

I was told I can not be seen because I had to change my appointment several times due to a life changing event . I asked to be scheduled in January 2023, and was told no.
I always canceled my appointment in advance when I could not make it. When going through a divorce your flexibility can change at any time due to the other spouse. I tried changing my appointment until January 2023 when my schedule would be set , but I was told I could not. Cheryl was very cold and uncaring.

I will find a dentist office that has more sympathy for their customers.
