If you are hurting like I was going see Dr SEO. He cares, he listens to you. He plans a course of action that will get you going again. We need more Drs. like him. All the office staff are courteous and listen to you.i would recommend him and have to anyone!

I'm so happy Dr Seo was very considerate and listened to my fears and never pushed opioids on me. My back injections was yes very scary for me but the staff and the compassion of Dr. Seo was very calming and reassuring it was all normal. They where right the next day I had 95% relief of my pain that I have had for the past 6 months. Can't say enough about this staff and Dr.

This doctor has mostly stopped my horrible back pain and has me walking on a knee I thought was gone. Super friendly office, great doctor!

Pretty sore from injections in my back today... But he did a great job making me feel safe!
I was really impressed today. About an hour and a half after I got home my phone rang... It was my pain management Dr who had just done my injections...he called to check on me and see how I was feeling. Wow way to go Dr Bult! Now that's what I call a good Dr who knows how to make a person feel like a person and not a number! Thank you!

I am a a 60 man. Served my country for 33 years. Dr. Bult and his Staff were very polite and professional during my office visit. After injections were given in my lower lumbar spine. I had pain relief in my back and legs. Going back today for further evaluation. Yes he gave me pain relief. Yes he gave a referral for a dietician. And yes your weight has much to do with pain. Carrying arround too much weight effects your health and issues with pain of the human skeleton. Thank you Dr. Bult and Staff.

I'm in chronic pain all of the time everywhere, I have an illness combined with several diagnoses to numerous to mention. I have been to over 36 exceptional Specialist and none of them have been able to help me. Their comment is that I am over their scope of knowledge. Dr. Bult and Kelly are true professionals. They give me extraordinary care each and every time. The shots I receive in my hips, knees, shoulder, mid back, and lower back has increased my quality of life. It relieves non-stop pain for 1-4 weeks. I do not live on pain pills. This is the best I can do since other Drs. Haven't been able to help me .
The personal care from this facility is of the highest rating I could give. Thanks for taking care of me when others didn't have a clue or even listen.

We are so HAPPY with Dr. Seo. He is a refreshing change of pace from his predecessor. My husband has been hurting for 5+ years and has seen multiple specialists with no relief. Dr. Seo was able to quickly assess the situation and come up with a game plan. Unlike other providers, he didn't want to just throw medications at the pain. Dr. Seo actually got to the root of the problem and only 3 days after the nerve stimulator was placed, my husband is already having some relief.

Dr. Seo is awesome. He listened to what was going on, asked questions on what I wanted to do about his suggestions and we went from there. He didn't push anything on me and the injections are working so far. What I love is he doesn't push meds or opiods first. He tries other means and asks if it's what I want to try. Recommend him completely.

It was my first time experience at this facility. Having chronic sacroiliac pain I was unable to go to my regular doctor due to covid backup. CMH secduling made my SI injections seamlessly and the deli for breakfast was great.

Dr Bult and his staff are all phenomenal!!! I have always been treated with the upmost respect. Everyone is always friendly and very helpful.

Friendly staff. Dr took the time to explain what is wrong and what is the best treatment plan.

They listened and asked me questions. They seemed like they were open to listening and not just talking at me. I felt like I mattered and that is important to me.

So an update to my last review.. I never had any issues with the staff or Dr. My issue was cmh basically dismissing me when I asked for help on the bill after the procedure didn't work. I would still see Dr S. But again to pay 3000.00 and only get a month of relief is horrible. I work hard for my money and I feel they don't care.

Had a procedure around September 2021, not sure of the name of procedure but basically burn out nerves in my lower back, was told this procedure could last 6 to 12 months, sometimes longer. Well after about 30 days, my pain was back to exactly where it was before the procedure. My out of pocket was $3000 dollars for a month of pain free. Filed a grievance to see about reducing my cost since I consider it to be a failed procedure. They won't help or work with me. So looks like I'll take my buisness to Mercey or Cox.

This place is a joke. Dr Bult had given me injections in my back, without anything to make me groggy or anything, then hit a nerve in my back with the needle, and I was down in bed for 5 days because of this. I couldn't walk, and I couldn't crawl. I literally was dragging my body by my hands, after having to roll off my bed onto the floor just to get to the restroom, and then having to drag my body back to my bed and lift my body by my hands because he hit a nerve in my back. Yes I have feet, but couldn't use them because he had hit a nerve with the injection I had screamed and cried when he hit that nerve, and he left me in more pain than what I had come in there with. He is very unsympathetic, bedside manners were horrible.
Needless to say, I have not and will not go back to this dr. I highly suggest that you don't either.

Literally the biggest waste of a month and a half of my life. Only things he wants to consider are physical therapy (which my insurance denied) and spinal injections for my back (which is only a small portion of my pain.) He does not believe in giving young adults pain medication, oral or otherwise. This is what he told me as a mother to a young legal adult myself . The rest of the staff I have met were incredibly helpful and sweet and have looked at him like he has bumped his dang head.

Only 1 star cause there are no negatives on Google. The staff are great. They were nice as can be, especially at the front desk. This "doc" idea of pain management is take a Tylenol and deal with it. Seriously doc, I do not understand why your a pain management doctor if that's your idea of how to manage chronic pain.

My guy has chronic nerve pain in his face. This pain clinic was recommended by his primary care Doc. The gal who answered the phone was unbelievably rude. When asked if she had received the referral and being told that he was in lots of pain. The gal responded by telling him that she had not received a referral and the doctor will not write pain prescriptions. All of this without having a clue as to the clinical nature of his need. She did not even ask his name!! So how the hell would she know if the referral arrived? This place could care less about patients. Unbelievable. We will seek care elsewhere. Beware!

I wouldn't even give them a star. My husband has been coming here for 3 years now. Once Dr .Bults NP left, this place has gone down hill. It useduto be the best, mostmcaring place. Most of his original nurses that were there when we started coming here, have all quit as well. He is a joke and shouldn't be allowed to be a pain management doctor. He has no compassion, no bed side manner. Cant even look you in the eye when he is talking to you....he has NO TIME FOR YOU. You wait for about an hour, then he pops in the room with his assistant, and spends literally 45 seconds in with you and leaves. Doesn't care about your concerns, doesn't try and help you... He just dropped my husband as a patient yesterday, after spending 3 years doing every single thing he has asked my husband to do. We wasted 3 years of our time and life listening to Dr Bult and all his advice. All it did was get my husband an 2 unnecessary surgeries and he dropped him as a patient 4 days after surgery on his spine. I am so discusted with this place and all the staff. You can not work with patients if you are going to treat them without compassion and respect. I had posted a positive review about 2 years ago about this place, but like I said, once all the original nurses and the NP quit. This place has gone down hill. Please do not waste your time here. And I need to add, every single time I am told Laura will call me back. She. Never. Does . Ever. Every time Cathy says she will call me back .SHE NEVER does.
