The staff is very friendly and helpful

This bank has friendly tellers but I've definitely had issues with them reordering transactions and charging an overdraft fee, which they've made right but only after having to contact them numerous times and being gaslit by a branch manager. Also, transfers from PayPal, cash app or Venmo are not instant and usually take 24 hours to actually go through even though the apps say the money was transferred instantly. Your bank app will say it's available but if you use the money it'll show that you're overdrawn and that impacts loan approvals if the loan company requests your bank statement as part of your approval process. Another issue is if you use mobile deposit on Thursday after 5, it'll be MONDAY before you have access to it and if Monday is a holiday, it'll be Tuesday. FIVE DAYS to access your pay check, so yeaaa. They really don't give you access to your money in timely manner as the bigger franchise banks do.

Not the best bank in the area. Employees act like the are to good to wait on you when it's their job
