We had absolute no complaints on this hotel. We had a new renovated room, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing! A huge variety of breakfast items. The lady at the breakfast bar was very sweet and informative on everything. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making our stay amazing!!

Clean rooms, very sweet and hardworking people, house keepers check on us everyday always got what we needed!! Especially a house keeper named Shyann and Jenny were absolutely a blessing!! They made sure we had clean towels every day and kept our room looking good everyday!! Spoke to Heather about her housekeepers and told her how great her housekeepers are and her as there leader very professional women!! Definitely recommend staying here as they will make sure your stay is as wonderful as the hotel!!! Thanks for the nice stay ladies!!

I can't stress how wonderfully spacious accommodating and luxury this hotel is... It is a hidden gem.

After just missing getting the last room at the Holiday In Express next door, we came over to see if the Bearcat had any openings. They did and it was HALF the price of the HIE!!! The hotel was very nice, not sure about the fancy amenities, but at half the price, it couldn't be beat. The front desk staff was super nice and answered all our questions about local places to eat. Can't tell you how glad we were that the HIE was sold out - this place is great!!!

This place is the best. The workers are friendly and they make sure that you have everything you need daily. The breakfast was good too; lots to choose from.

Nice and clean, front desk very helpful. Exception no pot for the coffee maker but we just put our cup under it. Honest mistake, no biggie.
