Holiday Inn Express & Suites Maryville, an IHG Hotel

Outstanding service & room was clean. Enjoyed the breakfast, lots of items to choose from. Staff was very friendly & welcoming. Highly recommend!

This hotel is only a 2-star? It’s a premium 3 star experience if you ask me.

There is a heated pool and low cost laundry service available. Seating near the pool is great for those not looking to swim. There is even an small outdoor area.

The complimentary breakfast offered by this hotel is great. I could tell it was very well managed and staff enjoyed talking to guests. Honestly, it’s so good that it makes the breakfast options at even more expensive Kansas City hotels look very poor.

The rooms were clean and while not needed, it was great to see the accessibility options the hotel has in tub shower (even non-handicap rooms). The complimentary fridge, safe, and closet were nice amenities.

My wife booked this stay and I’ll admit, at first I thought I had some better options in town — but this stay was a very pleasant surprise. I plan to stay here from now on when I visit. It was a great stay with kids.

Friendly staff. Bathroom wasn't clean when we got there, but they were happy to move us to a clean room. Nice enough pool. It was warm at least! Great place to stay.

THE BEST HOTEL I have ever stayed at. MASSIVE breakfast options I have ever seen! Pancakes, bacon, sausage, omelettes, biscuits and gravy, muffins, chocolate milk, yogurt, 4 different juices and SO MUCH MORE! You just can NOT go wrong staying at a Holiday Inn Express. Thank you so much for your cleanliness- smells great here.

The general manager Kristin Bunholt and her staff went out of their way to accommodate us. We have been there 3 times in the past 7 months. We had 2 family funerals and if we had any issues they took care of it immediately. They offered to help us with our luggage. Very friendly staff and helpful. We will only stay at this hotel every time we have to return to Maryville. To the whole staff thank you for your kindness and professional care.

I'm not sure of the age of the hotel but it is designed like the newer ones I've been to this year. Excellent accommodations, clean, friendly staff, coffee available at 4:30am, great work station for my laptop; I checked out at 5am so I can't comment on their breakfasts. One suggestion is to have a pole lamp in the corner of the room... the room is a little too dark, and the desk lighting is below average (the LED lighting at the top are dim... maybe needs to replace the lighting strip); I use my laptop for work a lot. Another suggestion is to have exterior lighting on at both side exits. Neither one was lit when leaving this morning while it was still dark outside. Other than that, it is still an excellent hotel. I had a great night's sleep!!!

The customer service is amazing...they where very accommodating and willing to work with us last minute. Rooms where great everything worked. Rooms where clean. STAFF WAS AMAZING!!!!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Most hotels in this price range are pretty similar, but not this hotel. Everything was updated, and the rooms were very modern. The towels were also very soft, and the mattress new. Also had the best Continental breakfast I've had recently! Cinnamon rolls, pancakes, real eggs.

Beds were soft and enjoyable, the breakfast was amazing: biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, cinnamon rolls, cereal - the works! The staff at the front desk we're super friendly and helpful. The rooms are newly remodeled and look sharp. My family had a great experience and I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking

We stayed here for one night and was impressed with our stay. The room had a bedroom that we could close the door to, and our young son slept on the couch in the living area. I did not care for the bathroom shower head, it had a lot of calcium buildup on it which made it hard to use and the pipes shudder. The pool was clean and very warm, which is nice instead of a cold shock to the system. I was not impressed with how the maintenance on the hot tub was being done but I imagine not many people would use it first thing in the morning.

The staff at this hotel is so helpful. They realized that I had two reward accounts and got them merged into one for me. They could have just given me a phone number and told me to do it but they didn't even give me that option. The new beds were very comfy and the room was very clean. Hotel was easy to find and within walking distance to a couple of food option and just a short drive away.

This the best hotel in the area. We had a special situation with our basketball team and they were more than accommodating even though they were sold out. We appreciate that they worked with us. The staff was super friendly, house keepers and over night staff were amazing. If you're going this way I would stay here, without a doubt.

I have been staying here often for business. This hotel has a VERY FRIENDLY and helpful staff!!! The rooms are nice and comfortable. The new renovations are amazing and there is an elevator and stairs on each side of the building. This is one of the nicest hotels in Maryville, MO; and there are not many, but I must say, I've stayed at many of them and TRUST ME, if you want to stay on the strip, STAY HERE!

Front desk was an immense help. Ended up needing first aid help and the front desk offered hydrogen peroxide, bandages, and antibiotic ointment...plus there was a plate of cookies free to guests. That was pretty nice. Made our stay so much more enjoyable.

Rooms were clean and the variety for breakfast was great. The amenities compared with other hotels in the woods area if much better. Overall, a great place to stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Really cute and tiny. About 53 rooms.. has a pool that'll probably be empty if you go swimming. Generally good room wise. Bed was comfty. Only real issues were the wifi being down and there was a few small stains on the doors and mirrors.

Great breakfast. Im definitely going back there. Best hotel in the area!

Hi, I stayed here about 15 days for work and it was a very good experience. The room was very clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable didn't take long to fall asleep and when you work nights like I was, that helped out alot plus the day time noise was nonexistent, very nice rooms. I intend on staying there again when I come back and would also recommend this location to anyone looking for a nice comfortable place.

Huge TV in my room, really warm pool, and local restaurants that are open fairly late. Really friendly guest services, and great location right off the highway. It does have a fairly small parking lot, but I'm chalking that up to the very rural location. All in all, very satisfied!

room was clean. customer service was good as usual for most holiday inn hotels. they allowed me to vorrow a charger from lost and found. i had a clogged shower drain and complained. the drain was taken care of while i was out and everytging was good from then on. i will stay here again.

I like this place. The front guy that check me in Dave was very nice and hopeful. The rooms are updated and clean. Breakfast was good clean area. I would recommend friends and family to stay here.
