Best Western Cypress Creek

Easy on and off I-10. Very close to the beach, but don't have to pay crazy resort fees. Staff is incredible and friendly. Very accommodating to your needs. Definitely will stay here again.

The person that works the later evenings is a blessing! She is by far the friendliest person I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I travel all over and spend more days at hotels than at home. I ALWAYS make sure this is my resting stop! So friendly, super clean rooms, great rates, and the breakfast is delicious! I can’t say enough about the lady working the front desk… I may have to try and recruit her to come work for my company! 😆🤔

We stopped here off the highway to rest on a trip. They were doing renovations but it was clean and the front desk staff was awesome. They do take tap to pay which was nice. Coffee and hot chocolate 24/7. Breakfast had eggs sausage biscuits hashbrowns juice yogurt fruit and nuts. Pool was warm and operational. Bathroom had a vent which is a plus for me. Great lil place all around and great rates.

My, my, my, I want to share my great experience while lodging at Cypress Creek Best Western. The staff at check in, 😊 Happy Group. But Robert is definitely your front desk, lobby , Kichen guy. Robert is very friendly and helpful. I could tell he was happy to have us in the house. His interactions with everyone were stellar.
He took the time to tell me how to get to the beach for a sunrise. Better than that, he made a map for me.
He also helped my sister warm her eggs. I hope you are aware of the gem you have on your team.
I will always remember the optimal service received at your Cypress Creek Facility!

I checked in at 11am this morning which is March 26,2022 .. the lady at the desk was very friendly and very sweet. When I arrived in my room 112 it smelled so good , I love the scent. Bathroom was spotless, sheets was cleaned and room was amazing ! This place definitely deserve 5 stars if I could give you 10 it would be awesome! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ I never seen a hotel so clean , keep up the good work and continue to follow up on your house keepers. The air works amazing , and the beds are so comfortable I didn’t even want to get out the bed.

I had left one hotel just to come to this one and it was all worth the price.

The staff is above and beyond thoughtful, kind and accommodating; always at your' service and truly helpful. The manager, front desk staff, housekeeping, breakfast service, security and All the staff are wonderful. Stayed here while on a roadtrip.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was hot with good water pressure. AC was very cold, as another review mentioned! Absolutely amazing breakfast. Every staff member we saw was extremely pleasant. Booking, check-in, and check-out were hassle free. Plenty of parking close to the door.

The room itself was humid when we first arrived (likely why so many reviews mention smells and moist sheets), but running the AC fixed it immediately. I think it's more because of the area than the building.

Very minor things that truly didn't impact my experience. The ice machine was slow, I would've liked an additional full size towel or two, the TV was low resolution, and square pillows were a little unusual.

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the price was great, especially since breakfast is included. I will definitely stay at this location the next time I'm passing through.

So based on other reviews you'd think the hotel is the worst one out there.. But it definitely is not! Yes the building is a little outdated (I saw some guys updating some stuff too!)
We were there for a whole week & didn't see any bugs, everything was clean, the ladies were all so sweet, Water was hot, air worked great, coffee was THE BEST & the pool was perfect! The breakfast was great & definitely not like a lot of the reviews I saw! I LOVE all of the southern hospitality💜

This is my favorite Best Western, by far!!! When I walked in to check in, Keri, or Kerri, I'm not sure on the proper spelling of her name, was there with a bright smile. She was so amazing. Like she was the sweetest, most patient and kind front desk person I've ever encountered. She also was very gracious and helpful. She told me about the continental breakfast and the different amenities the hotel had and she was just so pleasant. The breakfast was good! They have a waffle maker so i was super excited about that. The bed was so soft and comfortable and so was the pillows. The room was very spacious and had a nice size refrigerator and microwave. The pool was nice as well. Had seating outside and it was very relaxing. Everyone we interacted with was very nice and kind, smiling faces, and just seemed like they wanted to be there. We absolutely loved our stay!!!!! We know now where to stay when we go to Biloxi. Thanks for the hospitality!!!!

We had a great experience! Checked in last minute and got a non-smoking room on the first floor. Felt safe and the room was clean and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. The hallway smelled like smoke, but we were next to the side exit where I’m assuming many people go to smoke outside. The room of smoke though. The entire hotel is non-smoking.

There were some imperfections in the room (like carpet messed up in a few places) but I’m not expecting the moon at a three star beach hotel. There were a lot of nice additions (coffee maker, larger fridge, microwave, nicer shampoo/conditioner, etc). We didn’t go to a continental bfast but that was provided.

Overall had a good experience and would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was incredible with their customer service and knowledge always ready to help. The room was clean, spacious and roomy. Great amenities and breakfast. They had hot breakfast biscuit and gravy, yogurt, fruits and plenty of beverages. We will be back to visit and stay here again!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! This hotel has an amazing staff!! Every person has been absolutely wonderful! The rooms are very clean and wifi works great. I don't have anything negative to say. The Staff are all very understanding and professional.

The service was amazing! We were received by a woman named Sabrina, and she was so friendly and helpful. Every staff member we encountered was so nice. The room was extremely clean and smelled amazing! Even with Covid restrictions for food, the breakfast options were very balanced and well thought out. I had a peaceful time and will definitely use this hotel as a stop in the future! 😍

We checked in late but it was a smooth process. The staff was helpful and courteous. The swimming pool opens from 10 AM to 10 PM. The breakfast was good with coffee waffles, sausages and scrambled eggs. The staff at kitchen was very helpful. The breakfast time was from 6:00 AM to 09:00 PM.

Incredible professional staff at check in. Very quick and friendly. Room was very large double queen beds. Clean, affordable, great location to everything about 10 minutes from beach and casinos. I had a very nice stay at this Best Western. Thank you kindly.

The room was very clean, we got the suite with a king bed. It came with a microwave and a mini fridge, which was very useful. I also felt like I was in a safe location and i love that the rooms are inside the building not on the outside. The free breakfast in the morning was great way to way up as well. Will be back!

Lovely hotel with lots of facilities - a very warm and friendly welcome from Keri at front desk who was also very very helpful by retrieving the food we left in our room and holding it for us in the hotel fridge until we were able to pick it up (thanks Keri!). Would definitely stay again and will be recommending to others.

We always stay here whenever we're in town. The price is very reasonable. The street the hotel is on leads you straight to the shopping district and is only 10 minutes away from the beach. The staff is friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is actually a REAL breakfast with sausages, pancakes, bacon, eggs, hash browns, biscuits with gravy, fruits....and more! We'll be back again for sure!

Update: Due to on going pandemic, the breakfast is a little basic now. No more pancakes, sausages, etc. Otherwise, the hotel is still as good as it always has been for us.
