The units are a good size, in a safe area. The person I dealt with the most Jennifer is amazing! This location is managed by the same group as storagemax in Brandon.
I had inherited 2 units from my father after his death and it was a rough and super complicated situation. I had both a 10x20 and a 10x10 Jennifer was kind, understanding and professional the entire time. Jennifer is the epitome of what I would consider a southern angel. There are quite of few people who need to take lessons in humanity from her.

Miss Jennifer was an absolute pleasure dealing with! I had a lot of things come up at once and I needed a spot rather quickly. She got me in there though! Honestly was a pleasure dealing with her. Prices are rather high but I can get over with how I was treated, made it feel like the price was worth it.

I have been so very pleased with my experience with StorageMax Luckney. When I first opened my account there, Jackie was there. She was so great. I would forget about the first of the month payment and she would send me a gentle reminder. Later, Karl took her position and I am very pleased with how helpful he is as well. If I had any trouble getting in my storage, he is always available.. always. He also helped me transition to bank draft payments which helped with my payment timeliness. Thank you StorageMax for your service and for the great staff you have provided to meet our needs as your customers.

So far so good! We have been renting out building for months and feel good about the location and security of our unit. We searched hard for the best deal and we found it here. We plan on possibly upsizing or renting a additional unit in the near future. Also we never have a problem reaching our unit due to overcrowding or being to busy, that's always a plus!

Very affordable. Well maintained facility. But for the love of God, please fix the potholes!

EDIT: last time I rode out there, there was a crew that was paving the entrance. Awesome to see that y’all not only listen to your customers, but also take action. 4 stars is now 5!

Great parking location with space inside to maneuver semi's. The property has coded gate access and security cameras which cover parking and storage. I recommend this location for both storage and parking.

Betty is great. We have had our storage there for several years . Easy to get in and out. Never a problem. Would highly recommend StorageMax for your storage needs.

The people that I have talked to at Storage Max are as nice as they can be. Very helpfu also. We choose Storage Max because of the location and I am sure glad we did. I would recommend Storage Max to all. If there is ever a problem - they will see it is taken care of promptly.

Carl has been very helpful from the first day. We needed a bigger unit than we had estimated. Carl was able to accommodate us at the last min.

Their was a really nice staff member that helped me. She knew what she was doing and she did her job perfectly..
