Big Shout out to Jazmine!! Within a couple hours of rescuing a kitty she had a bundle of food and treats for her. She was also willing to come pick her up if needed to because I was stuck at work. She truly is a life saver!

The “you wash dog “ area is set up perfectly. It’s easy to wash both my large dogs, dry them off and get everything done in one fell swoop. I really appreciate having this area especially in the winter time when they get muddy and stink. It saves my house from being cleaned after I clean the dogs.

The staff have been excellent at helping me find the right foods to feed my BFFE (Best Furry Friend Ever) and he gets the best TLC when he goes in for his complete Spa Treatment aka grooming.

Employees definitely treat your beloved animals like one of their own. Providing great emotional support, dietary needs, plus provide a wonderful grooming service. Five ⭐s

Great place! Took my dog for nail trimming,they did a great job,kept my dog calm. I would recommend this place!

I take my large Belgian Malinois, Ranger, to get his nails clipped by Kayla. She always does a stellar job. My dog is reactive around other dogs and they are always so understanding, caring, and put the other dogs out of site when mine comes in. Ranger is never anxious with Kayla…she’s so speedy and good with him!

So happy this place is finally open! Such a friendly pet store with a range of natural and healthy products. I took my big boy here and he was so comfortable he laid down and started eating a treat right away! I appreciate how the entire staff is genuinely helpful and HONEST about the products. Cant wait for the grooming and self wash to be open!

Took my cat to get her nails trimmed this morning. Sometimes my cat can
gets nervous around new people so I was kinda scared. However, the groomer was so fast and she made it so quick and easy. I will definitely be taking her to EarthWise again. Definitely recommend!

The young lady who cut Lady Bug's nails was very nice, but she was not the regular person. I got there at 7:40 am the time I was told to be there and there was no one there. I rang the buzzer twice no answer. Then a man drove up with a little dog and the young woman opened the door for him so I followed him and she asked if I was there to get my cats claws trimmed I said yes she asked me to wait a few minutes until she finished with the little fog, which was fine. She checked the scheduled and I was not anywhere on it. I remember calling bc of the time and she said they do it at that time before the dogs came in. Anyway she went ahead and cut My kitties nails so she should get some kudos. It was Wednesday morning.

They always work hard to help solve each customer's problems from grooming needs to food solutions and toys. So many solutions in one little shop!

They were extremely friendly and took fantastic care of my older, anxious, allergy-ridden pup. I definitely plan on going back.

I was recommended by my Vet to take my pup here to have him groomed. The staff was welcoming and friendly! The groomer talked me through their process on how they work with anxious dogs to make them feel safe and calm. When I picked up my pup, he look great! He was happy and very comfortable being around the staff! I could tell he had a great experience and that’s all I could have asked for! I will definitely be coming back!

This has rapidly become one of my family's favourite go-to spots for pet supplies in town. The crew is consistently friendly and helpful, and the store is reliably stocked with the high-grade pet food I'm looking for. The prices are more on the premium side, as you'd expect for a higher-quality shop, but they only carry "the good stuff", you won't find any questionable foods that are gonna be recalled tomorrow for weird ingredients here! First-class place that I'd highly recommend.

This was our first time at Earthwise Pet Supply, but it won’t be our last!! The self wash is absolutely amazing! Shampoos and conditioners come right out with the water, so washing, conditioning and rinsing is so easy, no bottles to k o’clock over or getting too much. Easy access to the self wash, and half doors that close to keep your pet from getting out! Best of all the two girls working were FRIENDLY, knowledgeable and willing to help! They have a true LOVE for animals!! Hero and Hope will be back 🐾🐾🐾🐾

Excellent service. No mask requirement like other places in town. Treated me like a human with a brain that can make my own health choices. Clean and orderly. Mixing the soaps in with the water makes cleaning our dog super simple. Dryer had tons of pressure and power.

I see only the finest quality products. Outstanding Knowledgeable Customer service. Very friendly and I see happy dogs being groomed. That's Impressive.

We love Earthwise! We have been going there ever since they opened, and it’s always such a good experience. Our dog loves it too, and Cassi does a perfect job grooming her every time. The staff is very knowledgeable as well. Mackenzie has helped us find the perfect food for our dog that has a couple issues. Since switching her over to her new food from Earthwise, her issues have improved greatly!
