Dr. Carney was considerate, kind, supportive as well as professional.The staff were kind, helpful, understanding and professional. Although I was a new patient the staff welcomed me, and made me feel comfortable and at ease. I’m blessed to have such a dedicated , wonderful group of professionals providing my medical care. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk, the nurses and Dr. Carney were very friendly and helpful. They listened to what I had to say and took time to talk to me and get me the information I needed.
I never felt uncomfortable at all. It was a very good experience.

I liked him. He was nice and made me laugh when I was having a really hard time with a miscarriage. His office took me in and helped me out when no one else would because I didn't already have a gyno before I lost my baby.

Had two very good visits with Dr Carney. Found him to be thorough, knowledgeable and very pleasant and down to earth. Highly recommend him. His office staff is wonderful too!

Caring and Skilled Dr. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr Carney was amazing. He saved my life after an ectopic and I couldn’t be more thankful for his work. Stitch sites were done very well and I’ve healed up pretty quickly. However, please be aware of the billing department, especially if you are a veteran. After my traumatic situation, I was told over and over I was responsible for a bill when that was not the case. I was then told they do not use VA insurance due to a time where it took them two years to receive a payment from VA. Not sure what the situation was but if it only took one time to decide not to work with the VA, I don’t want to come back. I’ve never had an issue to that degree with VA since I stay in communication with them often after emergencies. I would recommend veterans go elsewhere. If you are seen at Andalusia health, be aware that you will probably receive a surprise bill if this department has a hand in your care and will be happily ready to stick a bill on you due to that ONE time it took them a while to get paid from another patient. Otherwise, the doctor did a great job!

I went in for my first ultrasound yesterday he comes in and instantly gave me creepy vibes he started to make small talk asking how wild I use to get before moving to Andalusia as he did my breast examine when he finished he caressed my nipple gave me a smirk.... as he was done it was time to go and he insisted that he'll walk me out as we walked he very obviously checked out other patients butts .... definitely asked for a new doctor at the end of the appointment

Not even worth half a star. Poor bedside manner. I would not trust this man with an ingrown toenail.
