Jeff was highly professional and very knowledgeable about framing techniques as well as color selection. I'm so glad I took his expert advice because each piece of art is really enhanced by the frame choice as well as the mat color. Pricing was reasonable and competitive; the timing to complete the job and the care which he took was top notch. Jeff even worked to remove some mold stains from one of the pieces and it looks great. Ordered 3 frames for oil paintings. Nice selections and reasonable prices. Expect I will do more business there. Said to expect 3 weeks since material needs to be ordered. These are 2 of the pictures to be framed.

We were interested in having a 100 year-old papyrus framed. It was large and we needed help - what should we do with this? Jeff is a fantastic artist! He knew exactly which frame would offset my topo maps perfectly! I had a short time frame and he went above and beyond to make sure the maps were ready for my husbands 50th!

Jeff is truly a professional framer. He made a custom framed mirror out of some leftover barn wood that I had on hand - he paid attention to my specific measurements and details that I specified. His work is top quality and he's a delight to work with - a real treasure in this neck of the woods!

Jeff has done quite a bit of work for me, but the masterpiece was his collage of twelve images shot on an African Photo Safari. It is a magnificent piece of work, exceeding my expectations, and at an affordable price.

I had two different projects done. One was quite a detailed one with 6 different prints in one frame. Jeff did great with framing it and adding little touches to it that I was not expecting. Both of them turned out amazing and I left him two more projects to work on for me. Jeff was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect frames and mats for my projects. Turnaround time was very quick, I was expecting 6 weeks, I picked them up in two weeks. Prices were more affordable than other frame shops I've visited in the past with better quality and experience. I highly recommend him for any framing needs you may need.

Jeff did an outstanding job framing and reframing several pieces for me. He has an extraordinary eye for matching colors of mats with frames for the artwork. My wife Nancy could not have been more delighted with the work Jeff did for her! She was not sure which frames, mats, etc. would work best for her three framing projects and Jeff's artistic eye and vision guided her through the entire process.

She was totally blown away when she picked up her pictures and saw that he was "spot-on" with all his framing suggestions. His craftsmanship is absolutely exceptional!

One piece that she had framed was a vintage needlework textile that he recommended be dry cleaned prior to framing. He referred her to a local dry cleaner who was trusted and equipped to handled this type of project. She dropped the piece off at the dry cleaners after her framing meeting with Jeff and he actually arranged it so Franklin Picture Framer's would pick up the dry cleaned piece, (Thank you Scott!) saving her an hour and a half drive to handle this detail. Talk about fabulous customer service!

She is now really excited to have more framing done. Things, for example, that have been tucked away in boxes forever which she has wanted to get framed but felt intimidated about because she didn't know where to begin with all the decision making involved.

No worries there any more! Jeff's got this!

Happened to find this “gem” advertised on a Franklin map - old school search! And what a find...the studio is very attractive and professional looking, with many of Jeff’s personal memorabilia on display. He showed immediate interest in my project, suggesting several options for matting and framing. I originally wanted it within a short time for Mother’s Day, but realized I would not be able to deliver it, as I’d planned. Jeff still had it ready and waiting, just in case...above and beyond expectation! Highly recommend Jeff and his many talents...you won’t be disappointed!

When it comes to art work and framing, my wife and I are both pretty “hands-on” and often have very different opinions as to what works and doesn’t - often leading to more than a little stress. Not this time! While giving us free reign to wander and play with options in the comfortable “feels like home” shop, easy going Jeff was also clearly paying close attention to what each of us liked/disliked. Thanks to Jeff’s input in blending what was important to each of us, we selected frames and mats for two very different pieces in short order.
