Great real estate office

I recently put an offer on a house where neither the agent, Jennifer Walker or the owner of 215 N Laurel st in Lincolnton ever disclosed any problems with this house. After the inspection which was a 140 page report, deeming the house 80 percent deficient, including 8 electrical code violations, they would not return my $10,000 due diligence. The owner of this property is a contractor named Hunter Dyer of Dyer construction so he knew he was listing a house that is unsafe with black mold, termites and more. This agent should have known. She was complacent and disregarding. I realize NC has this crazy no return due diligence but you would think anyone with character or integrity would have returned the money. He certainly didn’t earn it, I did. How many more people will he and this agent try and be dishonest with? Buyer beware!! I don’t want to see this happen to the next person.
