195 American Fusion Cuisine

Came in for a late dinner. The host sat us and our waiter came and took our drink and dinner order promptly. The restaurant was nice and had a good outdoor seating area with full bar it looked like.

The food was prepared quickly. Both of our dishes looked tasty and were delicious. Both had a lot of flavor and fresh ingredients. We will be back to try more of the main entrees when we visit the area again.

We didn't have a reservation. However, there was seating on the patio, which was heated, so it made for a pleasant experience. The service was impeccable, and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. the food was delicious and cooked and seasoned perfectly. We will definitely be coming back!!

The ladies' room had two stalls and was spacious and wheelchair accessible.

This is the family's current favorite restaurant. The food is deliberately and artfully prepared and they have some really interesting and appetizing dishes. The kind of plates that I haven't experienced much in Moore county. It is very good for both lunch and dinner. Highly recommended.

195 is our go to for date night as well as lunch. Their chef does an amazing job putting the menu together and I’ve never had a bad meal here. The Parmesan truffle fries are the best I’ve ever had & their southern fried chicken sandwich is my guilty pleasure. Don’t forget to save room for their homemade famous goat cheese cheesecakes! My personal favorite part about 195 is their bespoke cocktail menu. It’s hands down the best place to grab an incredibly crafted cocktail! No pre mix junk here. Only top shelf ingredient and liquors. Very creative and inventive without being too overtly complex. Neon Eyes is clutch—but I’ve tried other cocktails from their menu and every single one is libation perfection. Great for couples, friends and family! Couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough!

Another outstanding dining experience at 195 American Fusion! Not just dinner, but an experience. My husband and I had the Scallops and the Sea Bass. The Scallops had a lot going on, but WOW...it was amazing! The Sea Bass was incredible on top of a black bean patty with pesto. Sweet Chili Shrimp appetizer and Goat Cheesecake are not to be missed! Buon appetito!

It's the most uniqueand unknown (shhh don't tell TOO many 😝)spot around! Other restaurants should take serious note of how this business is operated!
Food is always delicious, and dishes are changed seasonally. Always adding new specials and an equally impressive drink/wine menu.Ambience is equally on par with food and service-My family and I have never had a bad plate or drink in the past 6 years we've been going...whether it's casual drinks on patio or an evening of celebration,it hits the mark each time!!
Travis is our preferred server...he has perfected the art of hospitality and consistently provides stellar service...anyone who knows anything about a good dining out experience will immediately recognize his talent for providing his guests with top notch service, that has yet to be duplicated! We've lived here 10 yrs...been visiting far longer-

This is probably one of the best restaurants in the Southern Pines/Pinehurst area. Their food is fresh, modern and unique. They have a wonderful patio outside where you can sit and smell the jasmine on the wall, drink wonderful drinks and have the best food. I love coming here and I always bring my friends with me. My favorite meal is the spinach salad and I have them add grilled shrimp. I just love this place.

Great food, alcohol and staff! This was a nice find on my trip - I love a place that cares about their food. I had the blackened chicken sandwich and it was cooked perfectly. In the photo, I paired it with a Bell’s Amber - if I had tried the salmon salad, I would’ve paired it with the allagash triple but for this Sammie, the amber was the way to go. The staff was friendly and fun / I don’t recall the redhead’s name but call her “Michigan” since she has a MI accent (though claims to be from NY). They were all great!! Highly recommend!!

Fives across the board, the menu is not extensive but it is broad enough to satisfy most palettes. But, whatever you choose, you can be assured that it will be at a minimum, very good. We have been several times and it is consistent. It is one of our go to restaurants in the area.

Ate here tonight food and service was excellent , have never had a bad meal here but tonight was the best. Highly recommend

Very Clean and wonderfully prepared dishes, definitely a place to visit if you like fine dining. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make your dining experience a good one.

The food absolutely delightful!! I definitely recommend this place. The ambience was very nice.

Great menu with lots of choices! I had the Watermelon Margarita and it was so delicious. For dinner I did the Filet Mignon with mushrooms and onions...ate every bit of it and was perfect. For dessert I had the almond pie, need I say more. I will definitely be back, the staff was pleasant and very attentive.

Great place. Only been here for lunches, but you can't go wrong with whatever you choose.

Lunch menu was fantastic!! .Medium priced and the service was good. We had eaten dinner here a few weeks earlier and the menu was more limited and very pricey. But the food and service were great. Unfortunately my husband left hungry. His servings were very small. He ordered the salmon and I had the braised rib special. Mine was delicious and I had plenty.

195 is one of my favorite places (if not the favorite) to eat when I visit the Southern Pines/Pinehurst area. The menu is not huge but varied enough to offer some choice and to ensure quality and consistency. The food is always excellent and prices are reasonable. This place does not disappoint.

Enjoyed another lunch @ 195 today, Tiffany C was our host again and she is so good. She took our drinks order and told us about the specials, they sounded great but my go to dish here is the chicken quesadilla, it’s my favourite by far. My husband had the chicken tikka which was also very tasty. Tiffany checked with us that everything was ok which it was, never disappointed and high recommend lunch here. The outside patio area is great, not too crowded and cool enough with the fans. Again a lovely eating experience in Southern Pines, we’ll miss this place.
