The person who helped me was Carol. She was fantastic and deserves a promotion and a raise. She went above and beyond to connect with me on a personal AND professional level. You're lucky to have her.

Mason was awesome! He greeted us (me & my husband)right away, asked what we needed, looked at our plans and explained our upgrades that were available. Very thorough and we both ordered new phones even though my husband is the only one that really needed one! 😊

Rolando Gómez was knowledgeable and professional. He gave us a lot of his time, and patiently walked us through the process of switching from Verizon to AT&T. We probably wouldn’t have switched over without his help. Rolando’s support and expertise made all of the difference. In times when we all need to be thoughtful about how we allocate our time and money, AT&T is just a better choice. Rolando provided better service - and AT&T is just better service. Thanks.

Very professional in person and on the phone with technicians to make sure every thing was handle in the store. Brandon was the sales representative who helped me, he was very professional, polite and knowledgeable of sales promotions and services offered. The store was clean and organized , other staff members were friendly! Definitely recommend!

We just made the switch from Verizon to AT&T. The store was busy when we got there but we had less than a 30min wait. The customer service here is excellent. Rolando was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond helping us make the switch. He made sure we got the right accessories for our new devices and that we got the best deal! If you’re thinking of making the switch or if you’re already an AT&T customer—make sure you ask for Rolando!
