They have a really cool hat that I plan on purchasing, among other things, but FIRST - the hat.

Was tent camping and needed firewood well our young salesman helped make sure we had everything we needed. He even sold us stuff to make our camp fire change colors

Pleasantly surprised to find the product I needed rang up for less than what the online listed price was. Employees were helpful in their suggestions - and living in Swain County - it's nice to find a local hardware shop that's an actual hardware store and not geared towards tourists.... without having to go to Lowe's or Home Depot. I was able to get a 37 year old window unit (that had been rigged thru the wall by the previous owners) torn out and replaced with a leaded glass window for a little more light in an previously gloomy kitchen. Sgi!/Thanks! I'll definitely be back.

Every time we camp here in Cherokee we need something. This trip it was a new coffee pot and propane. ACE had both. Everyone at the store is nice and very helpful.

They had foam paint brushes and small zip ties with which I was able to repair the mic cover (dead cat) on my wife's helmet microphone (motorcycle comms). Friendly staff.

My car had broken down temporarily in the parking lot in front of the store. I went inside and explained what was going on to the lady behind the counter. She was so kind to me and I was able to use their restroom also. It's comforting to know that there are still kind, caring people in this world. I was from out of state. Although I didn't purchase anything here at their store, I can tell you that they are polite people. Thank you so much for being nice to me in my time of need.

Great hardware store, much better than expected. They had had all four items I went in to buy. And being from out of town I had no idea where anything was, but one of the guys behind the counter came out and walked me to each item on my list. Couldn’t ask for better service and prices were not bad for a tourist town.
