I can’t tell if this school is good or evil, like Walmart!

it's alright I guess

My children have attended this school and it was good however over the past 2 years it's gone downhill and fast. My daughter (when in 6th grade) didn't have a proper social studies teacher. The school "made due" by having another teacher - who was not proficient in the subject - teach and it showed come EOG time. Her 7th grade year, the science teacher made great use of the TV and she spent the whole year watching Bill Nye and The Magic School Bus. Please tell me how that qualifies as teaching? The amount of in school fighting was not as bad these last 2 years with my youngest, but when my oldest was there - he came home with some stories! Smoking in bathrooms, daily hall and lunchtime fights.

With all this - it's still the only school - pubic- that I would send my kids to in Moore County...pretty sad!

Changes need to be made and fast. If we were still in the area for my youngest to attend 8th, she'd be homeschooled

Rude teachers

This is the worse school my child has been too. There is alot of bullying that goes on. The principle is very rude and uncaring. There are several great teachers but there are a few that are sarcastic and hateful. They do not like parent involvement at all.

We don't learn nothing I entered sixth grade with knowledge from elementary and went into seventh with the same intellect 7th grade wasn't that bad but our principal is stuck up on God and if you don't do band then your only other GOOD choice is art
